Lately I've been interested in buying some bitcoin with the goal of trading. I was exploring Coinbase, but the site is not that user-friendly, and I have to transfer my money to them to get it in a e-wallet, and only from there I can buy it. Any other site where I can buy bitcoins directly from my bank account or is it always like this?

Today, Bitcoin is a bit hard to obtain and especially if you want to buy Bitcoins using your PayPal account. It is extremely difficult to find a credible or reliable way to purchase Bitcoins using your PayPal account. However, there is still a way that you can buy your Bitcoins using PayPal.

eToro
eToro is for anyone who lives outside the United States that wants to purchase Bitcoins using their PayPal account. There is a drawback when you use this exchange.
  • You may only purchase the Bitcoins through this exchange.
  • You won't be able to transfer or exchange the Bitcoins.
  • The only possibility you have is to exchange the Bitcoins back to Fiat currency.
  • This is an investment network only and not a purchase and exchange network. However, eToro is in the process of opening an exchange network so it will be possible to transfer your Bitcoins.
  • With eToro you won't need a wallet because this exchange doesn't actually give you the coins. This exchange is used for investing in Bitcoins and holding onto them.
Virwox:
With Virwox it is possible to purchase Bitcoins through this exchange. The transaction rates are quite high. Virwox is the only exchange that has found a way around PayPal chargeback issues. The exchange uses a virtual currency called Second Life Linden Dollars (SSL) as their form of mediation. What is more important is that PayPal allows you to purchase SSL using your funds. This is a simple process to complete:
  • Purchase SSL using your PayPal account.
  • Now use the SSL to purchase your Bitcoins.
  • You will have a limit or cap for the number or amount of SSL you can purchase in a single transaction.
  • Your transactions are delayed up to 48-hours.
LocalBitcoins:
The LocalBitcoins exchange is a marketplace for buyers and sellers. If you decide to use this exchange, keep in mind you'll be working with real people. Therefore, you risk the chance of being scammed for your money after the exchange. The sellers in this exchange will charge a very high transaction fee because they take all the risk of chargebacks. The only good thing about using this exchange is the fact that you will receive your Bitcoins faster.

Wirex:
The Wirex exchange takes an extreme amount of time to complete your transaction. The average exchange time is 10-days. This company uses a Bitcoin debit card for their exchanges. It is possible to use your Wirex's debit card with your PayPal account. This is a great way to buy Bitcoins using your PayPal account.

Paxful:
The Paxful exchange is one of the smaller, less known exchanges that allows you to purchase Bitcoins using Skype credit or even Amazon gift cards. The exchange is simple to use. Just create an account, select your payment method, and decide on the seller. You can also let Paxful choose the seller for you. The exchange uses an online chat room. There you will talk with the seller and finalize your transaction.

It is still possible to buy Bitcoins using your PayPal account. However, you will need to find the right exchange to use and make sure you won't have any issues with PayPal in the end. One reason PayPal no longer allows you to use your account for purchasing Bitcoins. They had too many problems with chargebacks.

To buy Bitcoins using PayPal, use LocalBitcoins. It is by far the safest method to buy Bitcoin with PayPal. When you initiate a purchase, they hold your BTC in escrow until both parties have completed the transfer. This way you don't get scammed as the seller's BTC is already removed from their account so they can't just run away with your money. As soon as you complete payment, you get the BTC into your account. The process takes under 1 hour!

There are lots of ways by the help of which you will be able to buy bitcoins with PayPal and some of them will be are as follows -

  1. eToro - The easiest way to buy Bitcoin with PayPal would be through eToro but only for a limited purpose: while the platform will allow you to buy bitcoins with PayPal, you will not be able to withdraw or send your bitcoins to other people, only to change them back to fiat currency (i.e., dollars or euros). In other words, eToro allows you to invest in Bitcoin rather than to buy the actual coin. However, this will soon change, as eToro is in the process of opening an exchange.
  2. LocalBitcoins - unlike eToro, LocalBitcoins is a marketplace where buyers and sellers connect directly. In other words, when you use LocalBitcoins, you're dealing with an actual person, which means that the seller's credibility is another thing to watch out for. As for fees, sellers will usually charge a premium since they're taking a big risk of buyers charging back (see the explanation at the beginning of this post). The upside is that you will usually get your bitcoins faster.
  3. Virwox -The only exchange that offers a way around the chargeback issues of buying bitcoins with PayPal is Virwox (Virtual World Exchange). Virwox does that by using a virtual currency called SLL (Second Life Linden Dollars) as a means of mediation. SLL is used in one of the biggest virtual worlds today, Second Life, and more importantly, SLL can be bought with PayPal.
  4. Wirex -Wirex is a company that supplies virtual and physical Bitcoin debit cards. Since it's just like any other debit card, you can use Wirex's card with your PayPal account. However, as PayPal is the third-party payment, and it is not a Wirex partner. they can't ensure you that this transaction will be successful and will be unable to assist you in case of a failed transaction. So keep this in mind and use it only as a method of last resort.
  5. Paxful - Paxful is the smaller, lesser-known version of LocalBitcoins. It's a peer-to-peer marketplace that allows you to buy Bitcoin with almost anything (e.g., Skype credits, Amazon gift cards). The process of buying bitcoins at Paxful is pretty simple: Create an account. Choose a payment method for buying and the desired amount. Choose your seller. You can either choose manually or let Paxful decide who is the best seller for you. Once the trade initiates, you will be sent to an online chat with the seller, where you can finalize the deal. The seller's bitcoins will be sent into escrow, and once you mark that you've sent your payment, they will be released into your account. Keep in mind that if you don't finalize the deal within a certain timeframe (usually 30 minutes), the deal will be automatically canceled.

To be honest this is not the best time to buy bitcoin. As i read prediction on net, probabpy bitcoin price will drop now. So,till september/octobar,try not to buy, and, when bitcoin came to 3000$ ,buy.Prediction are that bitcoin will be about 8000-10000 $ to new year. Will see if that's truth.

I have once bought bitcoin with "paxful" , which is used to buy bitcoin with paypal cash. I have also used LocalBitcoins to buy bitcoins through paypal , its p2p type exchange , and trustful , there is minimal chance of fraudulent activities.

I have bought BTC on Paxful too, but the fees are just so high that I doubt it's worth it. The highest price sellers are willing to sell is $0.8 BTC per dollar. With the horrible PayPal transaction fees and the Paxful withdraw fee, you'll get 50% of what you paid for at the end.

The problem is that I can't even find a reliable exchange service to convert PayPal to Perfect Money! I've tried to look for users willing to exchange on this forum but no result :(

Well, I'm not going to fork out a hundred bucks just to test whether a site is legitimate or not. Its better to withdraw the PayPal funds to your bank and use it to buy cryptocurrency.

i was a member on bitcointalk forum before and i see that they have a section called curency exchange where you can sell or buy crypto for paypal or paypal to crypto ( vice versa ) . they also have escrows for a secure transaction .

Well for me I've been buying btc with paypal with many sources specially on forums where trading is the best thing you could do with high reputation members

You can use Paybis to buy or sell bitcoins. They may charge a small withdrawal fees because it's PayPal but this one is most recommended by many people . You can use local bitcoins too.

Does this service still exist there? Do you have an idea if they charge fees on exchange?

I am looking for ways to exchange my Paypal funds to BTC as I am into gambling sometimes. I tried some exchangers but hope I could find someone that charges lower fees when exchanged.
Mr.B has recently reviews about an exchanger where you can exchange PayPal to Bitcoin with very less , just subscribe to Beermoneyforum and look on all the videos posted by Mr.B in YouTube .

Last time I used to be active in bitcointalk and earning some btc through selling of my signature space.

Those were the times when btc price was about $100 around 2011 - 12. Too bad i sold everything off back then.

You CAN'T use PayPal for bitcoin tradings legally if you don't wont to break their Terms and Conditions. It is forbidden.
As of today there is no direct buying of Bitcoin using Paypal due to Paypal's strict protection program. No Bitcoin exchange nor trading platform wants to take the risk.
However there is a way to buy Bitcoin using PayPal by using Localbitcoins.

Hello, this is really a great guide for many people, but do you know of any way where you could get money to Paypal, by selling your bitcoins, please do let me know thanks!

This could perhaps be helpful to you, but personally, I have not tried it yet! (I state it)
I searched on Google, some sites that can make a exchange from Payeer to Paypal. All with an obvious commission fee (variable depending on the site).
You could search for these sites, through Google search.
Good luck.
