Simply use p2p methods like localbitcoins and paxful and deal in other method.

I have used localbitcoin saverally but as for paxful, I don't if allow all currencies to be used to purchase Bitcoin on it platform.

Paxful is much better then Localbitcoins because there is no deposit fees to paxful wallet. On the other hand localbitcoins charges i think 0.00015 btc.

I had used both but Paxful won. Sure there are no small transactions on paxful like below $10 but that is okay for me.
Plus localbitcoins became a KYC Required.

Thanks for your response, most exchangers don't want to deal with exchange below $50 probably they are also considering their rate of profit making from the exchange activities.
