I have seen in TV that there are many people who have like stalls in some busy street. And they tend to make profit during the busy days. I am not sure how hectic and tiring that is. As in working in the cold and the sunny days out open. It can be bad for health with all the pollution as well. However considering those stalls do make profit after certain time it can be worth trying out. It seems ready to eat food, vegetables, plastic items can be sold for some profit. And there seems to be demand for such in the open street.

Do you have any experience in this niche? Have you tried such business?

For street stalls, location is of utmost importance. A street stall just opened a minute walk from my home and it's been a life saver for all in my neighbourhood especially in these times that movements are a little restricted. The owner is making it big.

This depend on what you are selling and the street itself. If you sell what is in popular demand, expect great patronage that will lead to massive profit. Location of the street as earlier said is also a factor. If its located in a densely populated area, this will boost profit
You are totally right, that should be the first consideration. Another thing is to sell a bit of everything useful for day to day consumption especially if the location is within a residential environment.

That could be profitable though there are some factors one need to consider. What product are you selling and how do you market yourself to stand out among the crowd

People engaged in this business sell basic needs of the people and they don't in bulk because people go to bigger malls or market to buy in bulk . They sell to meet the emergency need of the people in their environment and it more reason why the price is a bit higher

I think the problem is illegality.

Where I live street selling is illegal and every couple of months I see the police confiscating everything from street sellers.

These are always in demand and here people absolutely love street food and there lies a good business opportunity. Although these days people are scared from Covid-19 but still there are many stall sellers who are making good money from their sales by selling different types of snacks.

In my country, street stall businesses are doing very especially on those part of the that is normally busy at all part. So when one is choosing to do street stall business, he or she must check out for that side of the street that is normally populated almost at all times and locate the business there.

Only that in those populated areas there are usually big competition between sellers , because most of the time same product are been sold and this can cause competition

I have none much knowledge about this business but I know for sure it is better to commit yourself regards any business you are doing, when this is put in place then have in mind that you will make furtune from your business.

Yeah but no matter the commitment the person put in the business , if there is more competition the person will be frustrated since there would be low sale of the product

There are always two sides to a coin. Many of us see someone selling Tea, Fried snacks or other things in a street side stall.
Yes they are frequented by many people.
Yes their margins are good.
However, on the negative side, there is the bribery business - by authorities and police as well.
These street side vendors often do not have the initial money or education to get permits.
Even in permits, there can be corruption.
Also, many of them live in unhygienic conditions themselves and fall prey to diseases.
things have improved due to certain Trade fairs and other NGO run programs but they still have their own challenges.
So yes, the profitability is mostly high but then "Grass is always Greener".

Yeah the pollution is very bad for their health and most times when the government chase them , they will still return back to the street and start again

Very profitable. But it is dependent on the location, population and the products.
But definitely very profitable. Some even hire people to do the work.
Yeah, it is a really profitable business. Some do it solely while other have been hired to do the business. As long as the population is high in that street, you can sell products and earn well.

Street stall business are very profitable depending on your country, location and what you are selling. Also depending on where you go , there can be a lot of competition but there is still room in the market for new traders .

location and products are important. my Sis used to have one and was doing well only for her to involve family members who wrecked her down. Make sure are there to take account of all happenings.

I just help my mum in her stall when I was much younger.we used to sell all types. Of soup ingredients and my mother used to make a lot of profit because the demand for these ingredients was really high. But I didn't like the pollution that comes with the environment,so I have never thought about duplicating same but it is a Lucrative business.
You should not because of this conclude that you won't duplicate such business. You mentioned it yourself that there is money there. I like that. All you need to do is to repackage your own business and make it better than your mum's own.

Oh well I think we have our own path in life. We might not want a thiny because it isn't good but it might not just be appealing to us. So the latter is my issue

This should be applicable to all types of business. It is actually always better to be on ground to know all that goes on in your business than handing it over to just anyone.

Alright. Your point is now clear. I have earlier thought that you are refraining from it on the basis of environmental issues, not knowing that it no longer appeals to you. All the best, friend.
