When you start a business there is a time period between having the idea and then actually being able to implement the idea. It is very rare that you are able to see someone that has an idea and can immediately begin with the business within the next few days. How long do you think is a sufficient time frame that you should be doing research on a business idea before starting to take it into reality? Typically my opinion would be around four to six month to ensure in depth research over a sufficient time frame.

A proper background work is required for a successful business but there is no amount of time required to kick start. Just make sure your survey results, start up capital and running capital are good to work with.

That's true, if there where to be a specific time, then alot of business we see out there today would not exist as some might think they have already failed since they are not able to meet up with the time or in most cases, they have would start working under pressure just cause they want to meet up with the time, only for them to end up making mistakes that would cost them everything. There is no specific time, just make sure you put in your very best to get the best results.

Depending on the type of business and the time required for planning
The type o business if a very important consideration that you have to be able to look at and that will also determine the level of investment that is required in your business as well because if you have a simple buy and resell the investment may be a lot lower thant the other ways.

You are very correct with this. However, it's very important that we put the necessary measures in place even if we have the required capital to lunch the business. The plans for the business is a prerequisite and very compulsory. Once you have a very good business plan on ground , then the sky is your limit. You will be guided in the running of the business.
A very good and detailed business plan is essential when it comes to any business opportunity that you are looking to get involved with because if you are don't have a plan for wing forward then you will actually see that it can be very difficult to try and get the business to be successful because you will never have a proper structured approach in which to approach the business.

These are probably the most important factors when it comes to starting your own business opportunity especially if you are looking at developing a physical business because you are then required to have a lot of capital and also a survey in order to see if the product was having his relative to the community.

yea depend what and which business you in but bear in mind it take some time of course. Failures to accept too.
Failure is a very important part of any business opportunity that you are trying to get involved with because it will actually teach you what can be implemented and what should actually be changed in the future because this is how you continuously improve a business.

It doesn't take any time to start a business if you have the idea and you know the kind of business that you want to venture into all you need to do is just to put the necessary things in places go for market survey check on visibility study and check the population of the place in which you want the business to be located and then target the right audience then you are good to go but you cannot get all this done if you don't have the finance to do so.
There is a lot of people that may have a very good idea however if they are not able to actually use that idea in that place then it will be very hard for them to do so and therefore at times like this it will be best for you to rather move your idea to another area or community depending on surey results.

Actually how much time you will need is not fixed. It mainly depends on which type of business you are trying to open. There are some businesses which you can create in some days like 7-15 days and there are some which will take you some months.

This is very true, however what sort of business do you envisage that you will be able to start in such a short period of time in the sense of days? There is nothing that i can think off at the top of my head at the moment, unless it is dropshipping. That could work.

I think this question depends on the basic knowledge you have on the business you want to start. If you already have a sound knowledge or Idea about the business before and you can even make plans and marketing research before, so you will start the business instantly you get capital.

If you do not have a idea of business to do before and you have capital to start a business, I can say you should take a time to study a location you are and make marketing research in which to know the right business to start. And it can take you more than six months I r less than six months, it just depends on how you fast on the research.

There are some businesses that take more than your prefered time frame and we have some that are not up to that. We only need to make sure we have deep knowledge about the business without considering the time frame we may use in gaining the knowledge. This always ensure that we maximize our losses when we eventually kick off the business.

Exactly. It's true, some business doesn't need up to six months to start it when you have capital while some business may even need more than the time before it can be start. It just depends on the knowledge and research that requires to have on the business.

No business without an idea! Idea come first before transforming the idea into a business oriented form. Meanwhile when we talk about time frame it depends on the individual. I don't see anything bad in starting a business plan immediately after the person must already have a well indepth strategy of how the business is going to be run. As long the individualist have a well planned method of the idea its even the best.

But most people do run into losses because they always think business start up only requires money and idea. They don't know that one needs to have some basic knowledge that the business requires. Aside this, there is need to start with a little amount to test run the business. This will help to know what the business really entails.

There is no specific amount of money the venture into a business. One of the most determining factor to how much you will be using to venture into a business is the type of business it is. sometimes the kind of country you are or your geographical location can be determinant to how much you need to start the business. There are countries whereby you can start a business with a little amount of money and there are countries where the reverse is the case.

Well, in this post you wrote about a year ago, obviously it was not expected (at least in Europe, but I don't know in the other continents of the world), an exponential increase in the cost of raw materials.
Moreover, to make things worse, recently also the Russian-Ukraine crisis!
Now I say that in Italy, many companies that have already started up, risk closure or bankruptcy.
So I don't know if this today at least in my part is still worth it.
But of course we also need to be optimistic for a possible economic recovery over the coming years.

I think money and time to start a business is also depends on nature an size of business. For example if we want to start a shop of groccery in a small colony than we need less money and time then if we want to start this business in main market
