I see a lot of stock marketplace companies out there. However I am trying to find out if the stock marketplace are any profitable. So let's say they are offering around 30% to 60% returns for the purchases made by the images and the videos. I think dreamstock and the getty images seems to be leading in this space. But honestly I am not sure how profitable is stock marketplace. As in how many artists and the photographers or video editors can earn some regular income out of it. And considering the competition is high, It makes me wonder if this is a good business model.

Do you think this model for business is any reasonable?

Couple of months ago, i came across a dude that was actually buying gameplays (minecraft and fortnite as they are in the trend) for a nice amount of money, also there are lot of websites where you can sell your own made pictures, or just monetize them yourself in the platform where you feel more comfortable

Everything is reasonable in as much you find passion in doing it. There is no business that is not profitable, you have to develop your strategy and make it work for you.

Every business need a good plan and strategy if you want it to be generating a good profit for you. So, there's no business that do not have a profit. Stock images and video business is very lucrative.

There tons of free images in the internet and maybe there are also free videos. We have a lot of pictures and videos that we took in our travels. If they can be sold then that may fetch a good price.

Believe me that this kind of content are very difficult to make. They are also very lucrative if we are going to be entirely honest because there are some people who usually pay you in order to create stock videos and stock photos privately for them. You can also produce some for renting.

I don't think that this is a very good business that you shoudl get into at teh moment because there is so much of this stuff online that you can use and therefore people will be able to find how they can download these images and pictures without the need to pay for it.

You are only going to be making money from stock images and stop videos if people are paying for them. There has been a rise in the demand for this kind of product in the past and I am not sure how it is going to be in the future but it is definitely something that if you have the skill you can go into it for the short while.
