In most cases Africa is sidelined in many developmental issues and technology,to the extent that almost if not all countries are categorised as tier 3 or "third world".Now is this the case with what it offers in profits to the developed countries? COULD IT BE TRUE THAT THE LEAST REVENUE(GDP) GENERATED BY THESE TOP CLASS WORLD WIDE COMPANIES COMES FROM AFRICA VIS A VIS IS AFRICA THE LOWEST PERFORMING ECONOMY IN THE WORLD?

to a greater extend do these western countries earn a lot of money from their African counterparts because most of their MNC companies are found in Africa n whilst the consumer base in Africa is large bcoz Africans trust these western countries more than their local companies because of quality assurance

I think some part of Africa has improved very well that they don't depend too much on top developed countries .
Also Africa is far better than some continents .

The revenue generated from Africa is so huge. Their customer base is largely Africa and many times due to the trust put in these developed countries, some African countries have become dumping grounds for inferior products and ideas. These so called tier 3 countries can stand on their own if they really want to.

Well said. Indeed some developing countries are still in their developing stage because of their reliance of developed countries . they have failed to work in improving their country , and thus has become in a sense countries controlled by developed countries

You have said it all. Until these African nations begin to look within to access success by themselves, they will continue to be tossed here and there and unable to attain self-reliance.

It's good a mutual base has been set,if Africa is not the least then why continue to be treated as the "least".@Niftyicon we could settle for your theory that "Africa is now an open pit where anything can be dumped on our grounds"then we will not complain.Because if africa stood its ground the trends should not be far from what is interpretted elsewhere. This is because in21st century the world is a global village.Look at the case of the pandemic, its the same case everywhere ,or does it mean that we could now call Africa a super power in the issue of the COVID SITUATION?

Don't rely on other nations for the development of your own country. You should push your own government to build better infrastructure and better economic opportunities.

The western world has been tapping benefits from Africa for over tripple of centuries now but could we have blamed western world? No, we need to blame the covetous African leaders who are selling their own natural resources all for living luxurious life. I think the major colonizers are the African leaders themselves. Try and read how "how Europe underdevelop Africa", and you will see that Africans are the cause of their own misfortunes!
Well said bro , how can African countries developed when most of their leaders are using the resources that should be used for their countries on themselves .
Government positions are no longer a place to serve the public , but a place to serve ones selfish interest

You think Africans are not trying enough or push their leaders to do things good in Africa? African leaders are not just ready to do it. You can only understand if you live in typical African country.
Well said bro , the citizens are not the people to be blamed but the leaders . they have done deaf ears to the cries of the people . is unfortunate we can't do anything

Not ready or corrupt and incompetent? Africa is full of resources and potential, but the politicians' greed hinder any progress made by most African countries.
Incompetence is out of the line . they are actually competent to carry out Reformation in African countries but they are not ready to do it because of their corrupt and selfish nature .

If they're able but don't want to because of their own greed and selfishness then they're actually ready but don't want to do that so that they can hoard all the money for themselves.

African leaders must assume responsibility for exploiting the wealth of the continent of Africa to serve and advance Africa's interests

yeah, that's what we're living now. especially the European countries (France, Italy, Spain....)
as you know those countries occupied in many African countries and they profited so much from them (Oil, vegetables..)

we don't have anything to say, bro, just try to study and we hope the best for our continent.
I love your thread so much ^^^^❤

That is rather an interesting statement you have made there. The other school of thought is that the western world supremacy has played a major rule in making most of the African countries be sort of like in captivity.
