How Much I should charge For An official fb cover Image Design

Hello guys, I'm a graphic designer and I have recently work with many clients and design business cards and logos. But how much I should charge a client when he/she ask for design his/her official facebook cover photo design? Please let me know your ideas.
Thanks

In my humble opinion, it shouldn't cost more than $20. Even this amount is much, but you should think of $10-$20.

Note that this also depends on the type of client you are working with. Some clients might be on high budget and hence, willing to pay more while some might be on low budget.

You would have to think outside the box, but don't be greedy to over charge because you may loose your clients.

thanks so much for your valuable opinion, you are right it depends on clients. I basically charge $10 as a beginner.

It's hard to say because you have to take a few factors into consideration.

1) What's the general market price of the service? You can't be charging way more than the rest of the designers or your clients will go to the cheaper options.
2) How much time did you invest/How good is your work?
3) How much experience you have?

and more. But I think that you shouldn't aim too high at the start. If you see that you get steady clients income without problems then perhaps raise it a bit and judge how much.

Alright, that is good. I also believe that with time, charging your clients would not be a problem again. You would know exactly what to do.

It depends on your overall profile reviews and ratings too. Believe me, a person asked my brother for a banner(moving or something like that which is kinda tough) for $50 and my brother set the deal for $150+ lol. Just because of his high demand and creativity.

So, coming to the point if you're not that highly rated don't go high you'll probably lose customer. They search over the whole site for what they're looking for. And there are many people doing same job for less.
Reasonable in my opinion would be around $30-$40. Plus, don't forget to provide them great satisfaction ;)

Good luck^^

Thanks for wishing me luck, I'm a beginner so I can't expect such big amount as your brother charge his clients, I only expect as much I deserve.

thank you so much dear, I also believe that with time I will know how much I should charge my clients.

Hmm maybe $30?

More than 20$ is too much .. I think the maximum you could get from that is 20 $ . Believe me there are many designers out there who do the same stuff for cheaper ... unless you have the most unique designs and then it is worth to put a very high price. I'm into design myself and I know how much people need to value their work ^^

If I were to buy such graphics. I'd go from 5$ to 20$ and not more than that. The graphics needs to be as per my specification though. That's how the price may vary. I have paid mostly around 5$ depending on the type of the graphics. So not seeing the benefit for paying higher Unless ofcourse it is some premium logo. And in that case I'd consider paying higher for sure as well too.

That depends on the amount of time you spent on your project and also its complexity and originality. You are already a designer I am sure you already knew your hourly rate.

yup I already know my hourly rate though I prefer to work project wise, if you would be client how much you gonna pay for it ? this was my question actually but clients are different about the paying rates you know.

I think you can charge them based on how much time you used for that specific logo design. You can use aspect of time for that, maybe, it is just my opinion.

I think that a market price for a personalized Facebook cover is an easy $25 dollars.
You can use a Facebook builders, or you can use a professional software for that, but you will still need to do at least 2-3 hours on a design.
Depending on your skill and a level of the preparation of course.

if you're freelancing in a huge platform such as fiverr for example, then i would advice you to freelance for kind of low prices to compete with the others, after gathering a decent amount of reviews, you can adjust the price based on your preferences
