Hi Everyone, i would like to know about my website's value. Can you advice how much it costs? or should i sell? Here is some informations of the website;
Its APK site, DA:55 PA:37 Its almost 1 year old and first seen in 2012 on Google Sumrush Domain Rate: 24 Daily traffic is 25-30 %100 organic. Its getting up to 150 when i post a video on youtube. It has Adsense approved. i can sell with Adsence account. How much should i add for Adsense account? it gets a few clicks every day for Adsense

Basic website should not cost more than $350 in an expensive designer that will allow most of the services to be honest in my opinion .

I prefer building my website from the scratch, building it won't cost me much, and it wouldn't pass 2-3 days and I'll simply finish setting it up, saving funds I would've spent for buying already made.

Website development cost depends on what type of site you are making. Some cost $100 and some are over 300$. But i think a reasonable cost for a good website and its development i around 250-300 dollars. Shopify also charge the fee of a website monthly 29$.

Why exactly do you want to sell the website, it seems like it's starting to take off now. Right now you won't really get enough value from the website. I'd advice you work on the site for a little while more before you consider selling it. And who knows you might not even sell it anymore if you do that as you'll find it more profitable to keep.

Selling the adsense account is against Google's rules. If you are found buying and selling adsense accounts it will be closed.

Your traffic is not high, it would not sell for very much I am afraid.

Hits are around 50-170 at these days. %95 is organic traffic. One of you asked about DA, it is domain authority that tells how valuable a website is. My website has 57/100 DA

The best advice I can give you is that you should ask in other place, since most people here don't have websites and thus unable to appraise your website. One way to determine the value of a website is not just about metrics like DA, backlinks and such, but also potential income a website can generate. If a website can generate like 100 USD per month, then the industry standard is the website monthly income x 6 months. So that's 600 USD. Some people can charge with 12x monthly income, depending on your website quality.
