There are many countries that tax every single cent entrepreneurs earn and even alleged returns, apart of to tax for the bureaucracy maintenance. No mind if the business is online or offline.

About Latin America (Mercosur) countries I know
There are countries like Argentina where companies end up closing because the tax system constitutes an heavy burden at the point it's impossible to follow with the business. Uruguay looks like to face the same matter. Brazil stays in a somewhat better condition, but medium sized companies gets too burdened by taxes too. Small sized companies pay between 10 and 27% of taxes on the income, more or less as the Brazilian small sized enterprises.
In any way, to become freelancers in Argentina looks like convenient as to open an individual micro-enterprise in Brazil: in such cases, there is only a small amount to pay to social security in a monthly basis to ensure pension rights.

About south European countries I know
Italian entrepreneurs pay 70% of their income, apart of the VAT and other compulsory bureaucracy.
Spain: between 49 and 61%.
Portugal is very much better than Italy and Spain: small and medium sized companies pay 21% of taxes.

What about your countries?

Here we need to pay 16.5% Gst on all businesses , if the business is supporting the country , the rates reduced to 12%. Further beneficial offices get discounts upto 8%

I don't have a offline job yet, so I don't have a experienced of the amount or percent of money to pay for tax. And I do not pay taxes for online job, but the part funny of my country is the way of the banks are deducting money from account when you make transaction is so high.

Well that's bad how much are you paying for transactions usually its upto 2% cut off if the amount is upto $250 for a freelancer there are discounts offered here uoto 1/3 percent

You are really lucky, these are very low taxes rates compared to south European and south American countries (where the exceptions are constitutes by freelance tax laws in Argentina and individual micro-businesses in Brazil, as considered smaller than small sized businesses).

You are lucky too, compared to south Europe. You don't need to pay taxes for online job, while in south Europe there is, in most of the cases, a compulsory VAT for the value of 4000 euros and another amount between 5000 and 3500 euros to pay compulsory accountant's services. This happens if the online worker cannot count on an offline 9 to 5 job or cannot rely on a commerce activity.
About the banks: it's very common they apply fees on high value transactions.

Taxes are usually depedent on your business whether how much you earn if you earn big then you usually pay a higher flat tax rate plus a certain percentage well that is in my country

Taxes are by law and law must be obeyed by both the rich and the poor. Taxes money is what the government of each country used to provide food and securities for their people. And it depends on the policy of the country you are on what to pay and how to pay it, maybe for your online or offline business you must pay tax.

Yep agree, by law everybody should pay their taxes, without taxes there wouldn't really be a government to run as governments get their money from taxes

Some developing countries like Nigeria do not make those earninng online to pay taxes and this means less revenue generated from the masses.

Taxes should not be a burden to a business but when there are multiple taxation systems it kills the business with time especially when the government is not monitoring the payment system.in my country multiple taxes have made businesses fold up especially small scale businesses because they cant cope with paying too much and getting little profit at the end of the day.

In the Philippines we have the business tax (although I don't have the exact figures for the rate of tax). We also have the VAT (value added tax) for the goods that the business buys including the supplies. But the VAT is redeemable when you sell the product with a VAT. The taxes are to be paid every quarter.

I agree. In my former country, heavy burdening taxation killed the local business since the nineties. Population are not provided security. Usually, 70% of income goes away to pay taxes in change of a long series of public disservices.

In my country, no matter how small your business is, you will be charged taxes of different forms most of which has no benefits to the business. I pay about three taxes, pay for tenement rates, I pay for emissions, I pay for signage, every months.

The same as happens in my former country, where tax laws are addresses to the nature of people's job and not to the actual income: that's why it happens a small business being charged about 7000 euros even when the entrepreneur hasn't earned a single cent.

It about two taxes in my country PAYE and business premises. I think one is for the federal government and the other is for the state government. It is better for the provision of social amenities

Truly, tax on business has been a cause of collapse of some businesses in my country. The kind of taxation using in my country is hard. The low income earners are paying the same tax level with high income earners.

How I wish our government practice that PAYE as a system in which tax is being paid. The lives of most people would have changed for good. The country would have even developed more because the way people live their lives in a particular country determine the state of such country.

Right now I am only paying GST (General Sales Tax) on my earnings. Whenever I withdraw my hard earned money online, the taxes automatically gets deducted by the government and the payment processors also charge the fees. I am quite lucky that they do not charge much. :)
