Hello BFMers...
I have been considering creating a YouTube Channel for awhile, I was going to make a Gaming Channel, but I am reconsidering in making a Make a Passive Income YouTube Channel...
I have never had a YouTube Account with 1000 Subscribers and/or 10K likes...
If I post 3 videos a week, how long will it take to be Successful and begin making money through YouTube?

I see to that, making money online from YouTube channel really have no time frame as rightly said. What matters most is the traffic you are driving to your channel.
It is true it could take you months or even years to achieve your dreams.
Your channel must have good content that will drive traffic to them.......

I think that it could be possible to make money on Youtube if you have some sort of unique videos. Majority of the Youitubers became rich after uploading many videos that contain some exceptional information. The other way to become a popular Youtuber is to become a celebrity and not all the people could become a famous person overnight.

I think it depends on how you will be marketing yourself. If you promote your YouTube videos on social channels, try by all means to stand out, engage with your audience it would help get you some traffic. The thing with traffic, it may not happen over night to get it to your direction but with eff come. Give yourself 6 months to a year

Its all depend on how you where able to promote your service and attract audience to make a good and successful youtube channels I beleive that its going to take you upto 5months thou its depend on the type of person whom you are.

If you are a good hardworking type then that will surely be possible.

You need to invite some of your facebook fans and freinds to subscribe to your channels and if they turn up then you will have a good youtube channels within 5months

Getting wide followers and making passive income on YouTube is now strategic. YouTube is now competitive so you can't expect to make passive income within one year. What you need to do is to have a good strategy on how you will defeat others gaming channel in competing. Set a target and start watching other's gaming channel to know their weaknesses so as to build on how you can get followers like them and even more than them.

If you are a celebrity, it will take few hours to few days, but if you are a common person, it will even take few years. I have a youtube channel.of our organization, but it is not regular, I will make others to post videos regularly, so that the channel should become active.
(Only active channels are successful).

I don't think there are any time frame for it. Making money from YouTube channel requires a great work.
It is all about how you could be able to generate traffic to your channel.
You must have enough contents that will make people want to visit your YouTube channel often.......

There are many things you could do in order to promote your Youtube channels. Doing something is far much better than doing nothing when it comes to promotion. There are many things you could do. You could use great thumbnails, use better combination of keywords, and avoid Clickbaits. Clickbaits is becoming a very huge problem! I have seen many Youtubers doing that!

Yes offcourse if you are a celebrity even on facebook you will see that marketing is not the issue what I know is even on instagram you will see that sometime making post there will take you alot of time before you can get visitors,

but if you are a celebrity once you have drop your post then you will see alot of people will be visiting your post for like and comments.

But unfortunately I think for ordinary individual its going to take you alot of time to do just that.
I also think celebrity will have a good youtube channels within few days

I am going to say that it is going to take you 24 months of consistent work to grow a successful YouTube channel. This will only happen if it happens that you choose a niche that are not too competitive. Large selection is very important for your overall YouTube channel you want to create. The immediate focus is to post quality content regularly online. This will help you to gather more views as well as subscribers. You also need to promote your YouTube channel to other platform so that you are going to get more subscribers. you are not going to see huge result when you get started but if you keep at it and never relent by the end of 24 months I would have build a successful YouTube channel

Youtube is now one of the most competitive sites out there because it is over-saturated with many different kinds of videos. You can find almost every kind of video in there. Moreover, I have also noticed that Youtube usually prefers showing videos of channels that are very popular or channels that have many subscribers and watching hours. This means that competition is quite high for newbies.

YouTube is another thing which sounds to easy to make money on , but it's very hard which is not sometimes favorable for anyone who wants to make money, for instance creating videos with high quality it's not easy , I calculate to have $800 when starting your YouTube channel..ok immediately, monetizing your channel could take around eight to twelve months when it's done with your efforts and devotion but sometimes could take around ten years to monetize it when the videos are with poor quality
Sometimes to monetize a new YouTube channel does not take up to a month. What is needed it to make the channel unique. And there are some that are lucky to meet the requirements of Google AdSense before a month.
Once the requirements is met, Google will accept the channel.

The number of videos you post on your youtube channel in a week does not determine the number of subscribers you will get in the week and it does not guarantee that your channel will grow very fast. Even if you post 3 times in a day, if your content is not engaging or captivating people will not still subscribe to your channel. Take youtube as fun and believe you will grow over time.

Well, this is the main reason why I believe that a person should never rely on Youtube only. Surely there are many Youtubers who make much money, but they have been on Youtube for much time and they have worked really hard to gain that much subscribers. The fundamental rule about making money on Youtube is that the fact that you must select the right niche for your channel and then make videos. Many people start a multi-niche channel and they might not be able to create the content people like to watch.

A successful YouTube channel should be a one that you can be earning money from it by either having a high number of viewers and also posting of quality videos that will draw attention to your channel is also important to improve your income. While some people usually use nice title or heading for a particular videos to draw attention.

I am guessing what is the attitude of Youtube towards short videos. I think that short videos might not be able to generate you a lots of watching hours because they are simply too short. The issue with posting long videos is that many of your viewers may lose interest at some point while watching videos and quite watching. This is why I think that a three to four minute video might be better as compared to long videos.

The length of the video is not always the problem but the quality of the content. There are some videos that even if it is 1 Hour long, will be glued to the video because the video is intriguing and all I want to do is to know the end of it. Even if your video is 2 mins short, if it's not captivating or interesting, will not still watch it through. To me, content is the key.

Well, the real issue is that majority of the people may not have time to watch a full one hour video. I myself watch such kind of videos in two days. I watch some part of the video on day one and then watch the other part the other day. Moreover, I only watch such long videos if it is really worth watching. Having said that, majority of the videos are not that lengthy on Youtube.

Yes. The key point is not length but quality or a personality in the video. I always find it difficult to watch a lengthy video on youtube. I always see it as a waste of my time. I prefer short clips but there was this particular video that featured someone I enjoy watching his clip and because of the presence of the actor in the video, I couldn't believe that I watched a 2 hours video.

There are some Youtubers who also post a video that merely consists of a few seconds. For example, many people upload a video of up to 40 or 50 seconds in length and the video itself receives hundreds of thousands of views. This is because the content in those video is something so exceptional that you may not find in real life. As far as two or three hour videos are concerned, they are mostly films and documentaries.

I can not be precise in the duration it will take but it will surely take a very long period of time. All that will be required is a great deal of patience and consistency in doing the right thing, then get alot of traffic interms of people who will subscribe to your channel, then you are good to go.
You're definitely right about that. There's no specific time interval for someone to be successful in being a YouTuber but normally, it do take quite a long time to get noticed online and start earning good amount of money.
Those who are popular today on YouTube, you will discover that their accounts have been around for over a very long time and they are just getting noticed recently. So it's about consistency.

The requirement needed to get monetized on YouTube is by getting 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of views in the last 1 year. The only thing that could make you grow your YouTube very fast and grow your audience very quickly is by uploading quality content, that are relevant. Also, you must use the SEO to promote your videos.

to me it actually depends on how well you are promoting your YouTube account, if you are promoting it well I guess within a very short time you already got more people to your YouTube channel signing up and others I think

Few things you should remember:

Your channel banner is the first thing viewers see when they arrive at your YouTube channel.
A channel banner is a great way to accentuate your channel's visual identity.

Making an introduction video may seem strange, but it is a terrific method to make an excellent impression on your audience.
Auto-playing introductory videos will begin under the channel header and take up the majority of screen real estate.

Even better, the initial part of the description you enter for the video will also appear on your channel's home page.

Also, make videos consistently but also do not lose the quality.

Posting two good videos per week will create a successful channel in about 2 years. You have to drive traffic to your channel by using Search Engine Optimisation. If you have a website or social media accounts make sure you promote your videos and encourage people to subscribe. If you have the resources you can give money to companies that can help you buy subscription by paying subscribers to watch your videos
