Is it possible today to start a profitable blog without investing (besides Hosting and Domain) today?

There are so many blogs about every topic out there. Is it even possible to compete with the leading blogs in a specific niche without investing any money in Ads or other things? If yes, what are the best free options to compete with the leading blogs?

Blogging is a very profitable business that anyone can earn from especially those with a creative mind and good communication skills.
But one thing I do know for sure about blogging is that it's not a get rich quick scheme where you have to start today and you're already seeing profits that very day.

Its really true blogging is a very good profession but its not easy,from creating free blogs update with good content then promote it to get traffic before you can even be approved by any adnetwork.

So doing this is not a day job all the blogs I have today take me about four years to place them in that position.
So I think if you are smart enough a 6months old blog can start generating you some money.

A good adnetwork will examine your blogs if its not popular have a sizeable traffic I dont think you will be accepted also willing to learn new things and feed your subscriber regularly

I guess so, actually I am trying to make a profitable blog without customized domain. At first I was not sure it will get any profit, but if you search in google you will find multiple blogs without customized domain and with good number of audience. After seeing those blog I believe their is possibility.

Blogs how do you mean?I dont just fully understand your post but from what I know I think that even free blogs this days fetches money.
I beleive that when its come to blogging you can try as much as you can to get quality traffic when you have a good traffiic to your blogs making money with that blogs will be so easy.

Dont be suprise that even the so called adsense can accept your blogs

I completely agree with your point related to developing a reliable audience and knowing how to market your blog the right way. I believe if someone has the talent to keep their blog alive and running for atleast a month or two they can also adapt to the market and it's needs

Yes nomatter how much you have a good idea nowadays it is not all that eaay for it to reach the right people because there is someone doing it. So you have to come out with something that is improved or discover something new then make a deliberate plan on how you will get more people to get to like your work or projects. Boosting your audience in as many forms as posssible is what you need in order to get the desired results. Start with local listings then build from there. Start with few people you know then build from there.

I think that to create a blog really with profits you should know SEO is a complete branch that if you master it will go quite well with the positioning the second thing would be to advertise your blog on different sites with good user traffic to ensure quality views

Sure blogging have become more competitive now ,that's why you see that most ads network actually takes time before accepting any site ,the rate at which people want to earn I'm blogging is really high and they would have to review many things before accepting the blogger

Yes for sure its very hard to do a perfect blog specially nowadays because the youtube channels become very popular more than blogs but its not impossible too , the only problem not with topic or niche but the problem with the topic you will put every day or every hour so you need to keep looking after your blog every day without missing even a day that very important for you consistency , and after few months or even years you will be able to see a lot of money that you can do with that .

Picking the right niche is always one of the best decisions you need to take if you want to be successful as a blogger.

The level of competition in so many niches is high and you must be ready to compete in order to get traffic.

Please, I think there are so many underrated niches that is not competitive at all in which people can go into and get good traffic for themselves. What do you think about pets niche?

I think having the knowledge about blogging should also be the main priority , because when you understand about blogging so well , atleast you won't be too stressed in finding way to earn from blogging , so it's good to first understand and gain knowledge too

Yeah picking the right niche is the best motive to use , I think when you actually want to get people to visit your blog , you should actually pick the right niche , you would get more audience and more clicks , also more traffic to your blog on the later end

Determination and confidence is good but it is not the only thing needed to succeed as a blogger.

You need to acquire necessary knowledge of how to blog and blog profitably. You need to pick a niche that you have interest on but it is always advisable to go for low competition niches.

The reason is because you'll be able to succeed faster on them and get more traffic due to low competition. You also need to know how to create quality contents in order to retain your traffic.

This means you need to have knowledge and passion for the topic related to your niche and also being able to understand the needs and feelings of your potential followers in order to effectively present your contents. Not only the content is important but also the way you share it with your niche. If you have the knowledge and if you know how to interact with your niche, then the only thing left is increase the traffic and monetize it. But I think starting a blog aiming to monetization is just wrong. You should start a blog/website because you have passion for what you want to share with people.
