It is actually not easy as a start up but if you have your feasibility studies properly done and the start up capital is yours ,you can gradually and conviniently gathered the experience needed.

I think Google sheets is another great software you can utilise to keep track of whatever activity you want . I'm sure there are other good softwares online for you to use.
