Making money online can be so addictive most time especially for some people that have made it their full time. Personally, I cannot count the number of times I have sleepless night just to work online. This gives us less time to mind our health while making money online.
Not of recent that I decided to be taking some break because of my health. I now schedule my time on when to be working online.
How are you managing your health while making money online?
 
i do 15 minutes work and 15 minutes rest per hour. It will help you be more efficient because what you do on 15 minutes work is a deep work. But, some people will think that 15 minutes rest is a work time loss
 
It is very important to take care of yourself while you work online daily. Sitting in front of your computer all day can cause you several ailments if you do not rest or take some break in-between.
I always make sure I take some break and exercise whenever I work for sometime..
 
This is really an interesting topic because a lot of people out there think that making money online isn't demanding. Inasmuch as I don't have many sources of making online money, surfing the net alone looking for opportunities is always mentally exhausting.
I try to take breaks and treat myself each time I feel symptoms of being unhealthy.
 
It is very much important to look after your health because you need your health to be able to make money online.
Many people disregard the importance of medical check up and exercises until they fall ill..
 
Lack of sleep and rest can cause you severe problems with your health. Always make a schedule and always try to keep to them. While working online do not spend too much time in front of the computer without taking some break to relax..
 
I engage in physical exercise to keep my body fit. One of the things I do is to do a press of immediately I woke up from the bed and I try to do at least 30 at ego. After a while in the morning I also engage in jogging over the street and I travel over a long distance in another to sweat a very well. I also focus on eating balance diet and lots of fruits.
 
To be able to keep healthy life you must eat good and balanced meal and also engage in some physical exercises. When working online especially when you sit for long time, you need to take some time to stretch your nerves and your muscles to keep fit all time..
