I've been reading a ton of articles about SEO and related stuff, I had my trials and errors in ranking sites, still have problems to be honest

There's no doubt that SEO is changing, Google's algorithm too and we must keep up to date with latest working SEO tactics to be able to rank for desired keywords.

How do you learn SEO?

I think SEO is very important to know,when you intend to start blogging,creating a website.If you will study long enough the SEO,and you will do it in a good way on your blog,you can get higher in the Google and receive good,organic traffic.

There are some good online classes available these days to learn SEO. It does work for many as you said yes it changes every time, there should be constant learning of new things in market. It's in boom now so no loss in learning it.I even heard some who joined real classes lost money and got nothing, so it also depends upon our learning ability i guess.

It is good to know that you learn SEO interestingly, so this has become easy to you. SEO changes time by time, and better learning makes a person to understand all changes on time.

SEO, or Search engine optimization is not hard, it really comes down to blocking out the "blackhat" and cheaters way of trying to do it and focusing on the real way to do it. Faking and trying to trick google and others only puts you in the back.

I've got some good knowledge and learning everyday about SEO. I take an hour or so every day or every other to read on a new part of SEO or recap/execute a already learned part. Eventually the results are going to come...

Content. Keywords. Relevancy. Connections.

Good to know that you learn SEO everyday.I am from management and marketing background i have knowledge about all these and i want to learn more about all these latest techniques as well Howdo you learn SEO ?is it through online or offline?If its online can you suggest me any sites where i can learn all these techniques.

I have read online,that many successful website owners and internet marketeers have read many ebooks about SEO,and from there they have learnt many things.I personally never bought an ebook,to learn about SEO.I have read all the stuff about SEO online.

I never tried e books regarding SEO and i like practical learning just reading the books doesn't go anywhere. so successful website owners are learning from e books as well. That's good in one way as they can apply on their own website what ever they read ,but that's not the case with beginners like us.

Hard to say. but google going more of AI. I think that would be something that is going to affect our search too. many people using voice as medium. that would be more of aother thing to look at. I would say that can be making sense as well.

I do think an update in the algorithm Google uses will provide a website boost based on video/audio content of a website. I think we are little ways out of it, because knowing how much Google now hates duplicate content, the bots will need to analyze the video/audio for duplicate content.
There would be a few challenges, to overcome.

• Being able to understand people and their pronunciation of words
• Being able to analyze all the languages
• The bots would need to play the audio/video

I am sure the years of free content on youtube that have a pretty good grasp on over coming these challenges and more. But the video point was a great one, and I do agree

I even heard some experts saying that Google adwords certification is a must and it will be helpful to those who want to excel in this field.what do you say about this? is it necessary to learn the keywords?

Yes the audio and video has some challenges. but the search is going to be a good business. and people are going to use google even more in future. so we have to find out that the website or any other medium we are using is helping us earn. i guess even the affiliate marketing will change.

I have learned alot about SEO from SEOclerks site,one get to read alot of articles and tutorials from the experts in the forum.I think content is really the king when it get to ranking high on search engine and one needs to take getting the keyword right seriously.

Adwords is about spending money on PPC ads with Google.

SEO is about optimizing your website and content to be relevant to your site, useful to your users and to increase your search result rank.

There is not a lot of keywords, you find popular keywords your related to your content, and you establish them on your site, to appease to search engine algorithms. Keywords are simply the phrases in which people type into google to find stuff. Once you find them you then learn (through SEO) how you can maximize your efforts.

You just capture the whole essence of SEO.it basically about two things optimizing to be useful to both users and search engine though some people believe in blackhat marketing where only search engine is considered but I think a site with good SEO should work in favour of both the users and search engine.

Though I good SEO from free online courses (Coursera platform offer a good one in terms of on-page SEO) I learned practical SEO by watching the best SEO managers out there on the web.

On YouTube you can find a lot of good tips for local SEO, which is easier to dominate.

yes of course youtube is very useful in this aspect. There are many online free courses but they wont teach upto the mark they just start and leave the topic .Can you suggest any such online courses or you tube channels?

I learned a lot from Alex Becker. You can find him in YouTube. Or just google him to find his website "source wave." In there, there are some mini-courses and tips about SEO. I put them into practice and I've got realistic results, especially with YouTube.

I am also new in this SEO field. The first step I took toward SEO learning was I read google's free SEO book. After that I read tons of articles on how to do the steps mentioned on the SEO book of google. And, surely not succeeded yet.
