Unfortunately gambling is the only way to earn money without selling products, rendering services or working in a job, but how do you calculate how much money to stake?
My formula is target divided by odds minus 1.
For example a football match with an odd of 3.24. If i want a profit or target of $50 then 50/3.24-1 will be how to calculate my stake.

The "stake-to-win" calculation, which is used to determine how much money to wager on a particular event in order to meet a predetermined profit goal, is what you indicated. The equation is:

Target / (Odds - 1)) = Stake

The calculation would be as follows in your example if you wanted to make a profit of $50 and the football game's odds were 3.24:

Stake = (50 / (3.24 - 1)) = $20.83

Hence, using this calculation, you would have to wager $20.83 on the result of the football game in order to stand to gain $50 if your prediction is accurate. Please remember, though, that gambling may be unpredictable, and that you should only ever play with money you can afford to lose.

Although what I actually do is to split things ,like for Instance if I actually see a particular odd , the first thing I would do is to split my capital into two ,I would not just incest everything it could be very much risky to invest all

I'm a little surprised to see that people calculate how much to stake on games. I just put any amount that I know will not have any effect on me if I lose. People that calculate that are those involved in arbitration.

Before you stake any games , you should be running your own particular observation and others , also make sure that you are investing well , if you can do better ,you should not rely on just luck but more on strategies

Although some people calculate so they don't invest all their money into staking and lose everything ,they just want to mange their investment well , investing all their money into the staking wallet could cause in more loss

I would go with maximum of 10% of my stake in a single wager anything above that will be bad and wont do any favor to me so that will be a waste of money and you should always decrease the wager lower if you lost by 5% minimum.

This is my personal opinion. In my opinion, one of the biggest mistakes a gambler makes is do calculations. This will make you tired and you will feel very disappointed if you lose. I think it is better to make a decision at the moment and not have a long-term plan. Bet once a week and withdraw your money. Short term plan is good

Right long calculations and strategy will amke you worn out loose energy and also loose strength you will have nothing to do and you will make sure that if you do try you try with a good chance of win still anything can happen indeed

This is a very good and complex question to answer actually, the stake is measured as the percentage of your bankroll that you are going to dedicate to a bet and it is simply the risk you are going to run, I think this should be measured by the gambler himself according to his criteria and if he is able to handle the stake well he has half way to the benefits, I think time and experience will make you build a better stake management.

I think one should keep his below 5% in a single roll always no matter there is always a chance of turning of odds against you so you should always have twice backup for the odds you have selected actually indeed .

Well I have come to see up to stake 10 by some tipsters, although I have never used that percentage really because it seems too risky, I have seen how many bets with stakes 10 were won, but it is better to use lower percentages so as not to burst your bankroll in a few bets.

To be be honest, I always based my calculations on the odds I play and the money I stake with it. For instance, if I stay $5 on a game with 25 odds. Then I should be expecting $75 dollar if I win. It may be more than than if there is bonus added.

You mean 25 odds which means there is about 0.000004 % chance of winning you play that much risky things I could not believe much 25 odds is almost no chance of winning at all actually to be honest.

I think It all depends on you , when it comes to calculating the amount that you would love to stake you should be putting a lot into consideration , like the games that you would be playing to stake and others

Establish an established proportion between your initial wager and your bankroll before using this fixed ratio strategy. As an illustration, you might choose to stake one percent of your bankroll on the first gamble and one percent of your new bankroll on the second wager if you win.

before staking an asset ensure that you have made proper research about the asset , then you should be investing into it , stake the amount that you can afford to lose and you should be placing relevance in getting more interest in that range
