It's very risky. The number one rule is "never invest what you cannot afford to lose".

Second, do a lot of research, check reviews, check recent payments, check site information, as much as possible, check support response time etc.

Whenever I want to join a new program or think of investing, I will check out the threads in BMF, especially the status of the program. Here, you will get to know what others' experiences are and also whether some members here have been paid by the site. Though we can't 100% rely on the comments or status, as some programs might selectively pay the members or some comments might not be true, at least we know which members are trusted, and we can choose to follow their advice or recommendation.

I am thankful for BMF as it's a good place for us to find out more information about a program and whether or not to spend time or invest in it.

A lot of young people have invested in failed ICOs. It is not possible to predict whether an ICO will be successful or not. The best thing you can do is to check the development team and their previous track record. Their reputation also matters in this regard.

Yea the number thing is that never invest what you can not loss and that is true its now i know that this business need more money and knowledge to become profitable.
But for high yip its very risky for you to join.

The only way to prevent scams without doing too much research is dodging ICO sites all together.
Invest in coins you can already trade on well known exchanges. The potential earnings might be lower, but there are enough projects that are very low and can still "moon" if you want quick earnings.
Make sure to check tradevolume, see if the team is public and you can find information on the team and if they have an already working product or previous achievements in the crypto currency world.

LTC-hunter, this is my simple opinion on your question. Avoid ICO. Key in to airdrops and bounty from legitimate company. I have invested in many ICO, and at last the coins dropped drastically compare to initial coin offer! Some of these company are: polybius, they sold at 10$ per coin. Immediately after the ICO, the price dropped to less than a cent. Imaging someone bought 1000$, what will be the loss!!
Also, Abjcoin ICO failed me. A lot of pump after ICO, Abj coin finally failed.
So, start with airdrops and bounty . Or you can find legit mining companies to invest your $$$$.
Good luck.

You can avoid deception only by your attentiveness. Everything, that happens to us - result of our actions.

The best to avoid those type of investments it is not to invest at all.If the project is working, mainly profit from it the members, who have signed up at the start of it and managed to get many direct referrals and get huge commissions from it.

You can check in beermoneyforum here to see if it's legit or not. Check their reviews and geniune payment proofs. Or you can just avoid investing in ICO , and take advantage of only through free airdrops that you receive.

For me I do allot of research before investing and second best thing is that I only invest what I can walk away from if it turned a scam. That's how to stop worrying about scam

I usually study project website and their LinkedIn pages + the response rate and clarity with which they guide their bounty workers or investors I hate gambling dapps projects cause they are greedy

The only way is to not join any of them in the first place. All of them will turned into one anyway. So if you're not a risk taker. Just don't

Just as many others have said . The surest way is to avoid investment that offers rewards that are too good to be real . Is better to invest in something that pays low , at least you are certain of the investment than in something that will scam you anytime soon.

You are right projects like netbox paying 57% per year interest is one of the best trusted projects for crypto in my opinion

It is simple look at there offer, most of them offer mouth watering ROI, without major payment offer. It does not matter if they show you payment proof.

Yeah. When an investment offers higher return without a means that shows how they earn interest from which they will pay workers , it will likely turn scam.

I think when you make research about the project before even registering for it , or signing up for it then i could say you might obviously be free from such project i think
