How it works:

Is my personal data safe with Honeygain?

100%. We don't keep any data of our clients. The only data we will have is what will be necessary for the service. This includes your email address, your IP address, how much traffic you make per month and your chosen payout methods.

How is my payment calculated?

You earn credits for every KB of data you bring in, and after collecting enough of credits, you can convert them to USD. You earn 1 credit for 10MB of traffic that goes through you. So for 10GB you'll earn 1USD.

How much data Honeygain uses?

You can expect usage of up to 2GB per day, although take note that based on your network speed, we can reach a maximum of 15GB per day.

Can I protect myself from using my whole data plan?

Yes. You can do that by simply turning off the mobile data usage in the Honeygain app settings menu. Or if on Windows - right-click Honeygain bee icon and select "quit" to turn off the app.

Will Honeygain's network usage interfere with my everyday data usage?

You shouldn't feel any difference with our app running in the background. We set our app to never use more than 10% of your available network bandwidth.

I'm also wondering if you can run it on multiple devices on the same IP address.

Yes, you can run up to 6 devices on the same IP. If you connect 7 or more, those devices won't be gathering any credits as your IP address will have an overused status.

Anyone cn explain me? I don't understand what internet they use, i need to consume my internet or not ?

It is an application which, allows you to reach your unused internet's full potential by making your device a gateway. Honeygain works both on Wi-Fi and mobile data. You can always protect yourself from using your data plan by simply turning off the mobile data usage in the Honeygain app settings menu. If you're using Honeygain on Wi-Fi connection and you switch it off or Wi-Fi is out of reach, the application will pause automatically and will wait until it's able to reconnect back to the network.

If you would check our web page, you could see a picture with the correct conversion. The screenshot you uploaded contains outdated information. Thank you for letting us know this, we will fix this misleading information

But in your picture from site the conversion is 34,80 GB is converted in 34.81 $ (print screen attached)

How credits convert to USD?
10 credits are equal to 0.01USD (1 cent USD)

On this dashboard, you can see that in total was gathered 34802.65 credits which are equal to 34,81$. Number 34,80 GB shows last 30 days traffic. Perhaps similar numbers confused you. :)

Made my second payout. The first time it was way faster. Ofc $5 bonus helped me in the beginning and I needed to collect less, but this time I took about 3 weeks to reach $20. After referral program came up, it made things a bit easier again.

#Siio! Romania sucks! Or the traffic to it. 0.1$ after 3 days. Non-stop. Using WiFi with high speed bandwidth and still nothing.

Referral rewards are added daily for referees that have registered, Honeygain app and started sharing traffic. For example if your referee gets $50 USD per month from Honeygain an additional $5 will be added to your account. Referral 10% bonus is calculated based only on your referees shared data (their bonuses are not calculated).

Oh I see,now its getting clearer and clearer to me. I still run this app till I get to reach the said threshold I'm just praying that my device won't give up on this.I love it so far coz this app has less effort to run.I just let it run and on then seeing some cents on my dashboard.
