Yes I agree with you there, my first transaction fee was 120 000 Satoshi! and my second onward was about 55 000 Satoshi.
This is good if you planning to store your coins, not good for small transactions.
Blockchain charges about 10 000 Satoshi so you can try with them.
What I can also suggest is to transfer your coins directly from the faucet to your customer if you selling it. With some faucets this will be possible and others not, you have to determine how this would work best for you I suppose.
From CoinPot you can send the funds to a buyer with $0 cost if they have a Coinbase account.

How much does the bank charge for a cash deposits or credit card transaction? Usually 5% depend on your bank and country sure but crypto is MUCH cheaper in comparison.
