Hi,

I thought some of you might be interested in a testing (remote product research) site I came across called PingPong.

I joined about three or four weeks ago, and received notifications of tests soon after joining. Unfortunately, I either didn't qualify for them, or available slots had run out by the time I got there.

I'd say it was about a week or so after joining that I qualified for a test and got myself a slot. I did the test on 15th May. Really enjoyed it. The session was for half an hour and paid 20 Euros. It was live, via video call.

I got PayPal'd for the session a week later. However, it was sent as a pending payment which cleared after a further week (May 31st). That was my only gripe as I thought after 7 days, what I received would be available immediately, and there was nothing on PingPong's site to say that would happen. A PayPal fee was also subtracted, so I ended up with 18.97 Euros, not 20 Euros. (Payment proof's at the bottom of this post)

Apart from that, I had an enjoyable experience. I was a bit nervous, but got into the swing of it. It was laid back and I really just had to share what I honestly thought.

I haven't received any notifications of new tests since then, but I think it's a new site so it might take a while for them to get clients.

I haven't seen anything on their site excluding any countries, so I'm assuming anyone with a PayPal account can join.

I never heard about this site and it seems to be a bit difficult to earn over there. What kind of products did you have to test?

Though I can't recall PingPong's terms and conditions regarding disclosure, I'm going to assume I can't disclose what the kind of products are. However, I can say that of the two tests I've done so far, one was a site and one was a product.

Some of the survey sites do offer product test or we called pilot test.I afraid the conversation is hard to understand, thus I still like to take up questionnaire type surveys.

As far as I'm aware, if you have a PayPal account, you can join.

What to do: You join the site, providing various information they require. Make sure the checkbox is ticked in you Notifications setting so you can receive an email when there's a session available. If there's a session available, they'll email you. You have to be super fast as slots go fast. Plus there's no guarantee that you'll qualify for the slot.
