Do you have a health and safety policy in your business? If so, what are some of your policies on health and safety to keep employees safe in the work place? I don't own a business but on the top of my head an idea would be employees take the day sick if they are sick to avoid other staff getting ill.

That's true because if an employer doesn't treat his or her employee very well there won't be productivity in his or her business because Heath is strength and creativity.

That is so true. Health is strength and creativity for sure. That is why business owners should take care of employee's health and safety.

Yeah . Employers knowing fully well that without their employees they can't be able to make profit in their business are forced to take care of it

Every business need health and safety if you want the business to grow,the health of your business is the inflow of income and how you manage the business to some certain degree,and the safety is how you protect your invested capital,so this two things is needed if you want to grow your business faster.

Yeah, that is right. We have such a body in my country that stands for occupational health and safety. They give policies of all the requirements needed in each workplace for the employee's safety. This makes the employers to really take health and safety seriously.

Our company provides for us a health insurance which takes care of the doctor and hospital in case we get sick. With the covid there are protocols in our office that are strictly implemented particularly wearing of mask and the social distancing. Even our office tables are far apart now.

Health and safety measures should be given the highest priority in any business that wants to thrive never overlook anything that may jeopardize safety and health conditions in your business, because it may put you into a very big mess if left unattended to. Routine maintenance and safety checks should be carried out from time to time and any medical issues should be treated with urgent attention.

Well, the ease has made people relax as well. But it is good that there's no longer wide spread of it. So if people are doing this out of carelessness other people can't be affected

Really depends on the company, most legit companies have health benefits when you work for them, but if the company you are working for is shady I doubt they have health benefits included

There might be widespread but people are not even noticing because no test is been conducted ,only few companies are taking the pandemic very serious as they even conduct little test
