Yeah this will help a business to strive as the work of a business consuktancybis to ensure that ball the business feasibility studies are done and all is put into place to advice that entity the best practices and alternatives to keep that investment afloat.

This is a really good idea to impliment in a consultancy firm business. Most businesses failed due to COVID situation and many gave up due to lack of ideas on how to sustain the business. A company giving these ideas would be really welcomed by many.

Honestly I have very less idea in consultancy or logistics sector. But your replies inspired me much. A lot of small businesses and offices already closed because they cannot efford to pay their employees so wherher they can reopen business depends on many aspects for example a month distance our Government take fine for opening a shop and again announces all shops to keep open during Eid Festival. So reality is quite complex.

Its a fight against the situation of lockdown sometimes government is involved in some city condition. So proper professionalism is needed otherwise consultancy farm may face a legal notice.

I guess that will not be so easy. Running a business need a lot of efforts and criteria. In case if area lockdown only online delivery and virtual offics is what one aims to survive a business.

Although you are partially true cause some people I know get some extra ordinary idea from consultants but they had to pay more to get special solution.

I am not sure what kind of special solution they can provide because in my country many businesses are closed down. People are frustrated and hopeless. They want their business back.
