I have tried severally to set up an affiliate account with amazon but it wasn't accepting applications from my country. If you are into affiliate marketing and you are not with amazon , you are just wasting with your time because that's where the affiliate business is.

You should give it a try mate I'm already an affiliate with them and it hasn't been easy but it is doable. You should try from your own end and see how it goes

I have an account with Amazon partners but I was not able to promote any product because it was very low in terms of commission. There are other better affiliate marketing platforms such as clickbank that I could have ventured into and make a lot of money instead of promoting such low offers.

This is a very good idea. Amazon is of course one of the most trusted companies in the world and if you're promoting a product from there you don't need to convince people much but the problem I have with them is that the commission is very low compared to other affiliate marketing platforms.
