It is an Ukraine based hosting provider. It offers shared hosting, VPS/VDS hosting and dedicated hosting.
They seem to be very affordable with their mini shared hosting plan coming at just $1.32/month. They also offer free domain if you purchase a minimum of 6month duration of their Basic plan or above. Their basic plan comes at $2.50/month or $1.90 if you purchase for a minimum of two years.

Have anyone tried them, are they reliable?

Reliability wise - yes, they are
I would not say that their support is brilliant, some answers you may get will be a little plain and unlikely to lead you on the right track
I have not had much work done with them, but it looks like uptime and others factors are good with them

I think the web hosting is cheap however I have still question about web page security because I can not trust without reputed hosting companies. You can use service as normal.
