❓ASK Has anyone here ever mined crypto other than bitcoin on a computer?

I did once a few years back. I mined with my 4gb grafics card bitcoin at NiceHash, which was very profitable. I stopped this because it was getting too costly.
Today i mine with the same card or same PC at AutoBitcoin, but this time the profits is much less so i convert the mined coins into a crypto currency of my liking, which is cool.

Mining crypto is just stressful, I would not allow anyone that wishes to start a business online venture into it except the person expresses passion for it.

I did try mining my btc with my phone but it was heating up my processor. I also noticed my phone started lagging. I had to step and I didn't even get much from it

Is there anyone who has tried to generate income from mining cryptocurrency from a computer?
I have not mined any cryptocurrency on my computer but there are other cryptocurrency that can be mined apart from bitcoin ,one of them is dogecoin

Mining crypto is just stressful, I would not allow anyone that wishes to start a business online venture into it except the person expresses passion for it.
But without passion a lot things wouldn't be accomplished so it isn't just about mining. But I agree with you mining needs a good amount of passion

I started mining on phone on different websites but all of them ending up scam. Usually mining crypto on phone heats up the processor.

Yes, I have mined many other crypto currencies besides bitcoin. I have mined Monero, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Digital note using Minergate software and I also used pool to mine cryptocurrencies. However, I never made much due to the fact that I never had a good hardware to mine a good amount of crypto.

I have mined doge coin and monero with my PC,the outcome was too poor because of the cpu processor, incase you intend to mine go for a PC with a good gpu and be prepared for lagging.

I have mined menero mainly and some others, dont have the power to mine bitcoin. if you have a good gpu look for a coin that you can mine with just a gpu and not a cpu as well. do some research and see which coin is best for the equipment that you have at home

I have never mined any coin in particular with my PC and I don't think I would even want to mine Bitcoin or any other coin. I Fe the cost is just too much, the earnings from mining is usually very small compared to what you spend on mining.

Some coins you can mine on your PC are dogecoin , BCH , Monero , Litecoin though some of them requires specific softwares or mining softwares, and i have seen from YouTube that mining coins like dogecoin you have to do about of preparing in terms of changing options tweaking options and stuffs whereas in bitcoin you just click one button then you're ready to go probably depends on the mining software

Actually, I have not mine Bitcoin on a computer system before. I've actually been mining on Satoshi BTCs for almost a month now, where you can accumulate BTC for 7 days and after the seventh day, it automatically stop which you can continue accumulating if you were able to source for referrals. Personally, I mine on my mobile device and it consumes a lot of power.

I am mining dogecoin via rollercoin .com, at the moment their is no real value for what I'm mining at rollercoin .com site. And I'm already tired of playing games and their is nothing much that I'm earning. I don't see myself staying in the computer for 3-4 hours daily playing those games. The highest amount I can spend in a day there is just an hour.

I have mined Monero XMR on my computer via minergate. It took me almost 6 months to withdraw. Not profitable if you don't have a good powerful graphics card.

But now a days, there are many FREE 💯LEGIT cloud mining sites. We need to be wise and choose the right website with distinguishing features.

Yeah, I tried mining some cryptocurrency coin not just Bitcoin and even ones that are yet to be launched as an official or recognized crypto coin. I made use of my PC and even mobile device and it wasn't really a great experience, I mean I mined for several months and I couldn't earn anything out of it and at a point my phone started having some issues. That's when I knew the effect it had on my device and so I stopped; it's not like I was earning anything anyway.

provided that the cryptocurrency is decentralized, there is always going to be an opportunity for you to mine it's because in the it need physical confirmation before transactions can be able to go through. I believe that bitcoin is much more popular because it has been around for a long time and some big companies are the ones making it available to people who are not having money to purchase sophisticated equipment.
