❓ASK Has anyone come to China to do business?

Yes,outsourcing from b2b platforms like Alibaba has made it much easier with payments and shipping. However I'll prefer going to China because you'll get cheaper options and a good quality check.
Yes i agree, you actually have to travel to check the quality of the products you are trying to buy, but in the case of this guy, he doesn't have to because he's not trying to buy products

Yes,aside from buying goods from China, I would love to visit there because of their culture and artworks. Chinese have done a lot to preserve their unique culture over the years.

yes indeed. I am a Nigerian-American currently in the United States and i have relatives in Lagos who are willing to help me sell my products if i embark on this venture.
Then, you are half sorted already. Having a trusted person to help sell the products and in a commercial city like Lagos is a good way to start.

Yeah i think it would be good also if you can check on those cheap products there and you export them to lagos, but also consider the exchange rate

I have a brother that went there to do a business, he went to China to import goods in China and the amount of money use to do business in China is not a small money to use in doing business there.

If you must travel from your country to China to buy goods you should have enough money to buy enough goods such that when you are shipping it's cost you less.

If the business is legitimate and not expose to any risk of running foul of the country's law, then I won't mind, moreso if there's prospective profit in it.

The business of trying to go to China to buy and sell in your country provided you have pay all the duty I didn't think it is illegal the challenge most people have is money.

There has been several reports that China is one of the country in terms of trade or business and their economy is well boosted because of their business and invention strategies. I am yet to visit China but I believe that it would be long anymore I will be in China to seal some deals
They have different grades for all categories of products available making it affordable for every one to buy and sell , they are the fastest growing country in terms of trade.

I have not been to China before but as the largest Economy of the world I would like to visit the country one day and do business in the country to make money. The only problem is language

Language is not a problem in large cities provided that you speak English. Just about everyone here speaks at least a little English and younger people tend to be fairly fluent. Out in the country you will have more problems, but if you are here for businss that won't likely come up.

well, china is a good country to run a business, though i have not been to china before , but i surely know that , invest in china can not be a thing of regret
You won't invest in China rather invest in goes and services coming from China. That is you Import and resell which is highly profitable to be sincere

I think China-Botswana relations have never been better! People seem to love anything Chinese-related. Some import stuff in to resell, while others just up and leave to go and live over there. A close friend of mine went all the way to China for all the building materials she needed to build her house AND the furniture. Those who import from China to resell LOVE the stuff they buy. Before China it was Thailand.

Maybe not now, l think covid pandemic had made things more difficult now and traveling that far to China to do business without any family member is really worrisome.

Not only worrisome, but still almost impossible. Unless you have either family connections or some pretty serious business connections I think getting a visa is still next-to impossible.

yes i agree with you and still it's panic situation in many countries. covid pandemic had made things more difficult now and traveling to china is not a good idea while you can't go to another country also as corona is still with us and staying for long time

Yeah, these days getting a visa will very difficult. As for me even if I get the visa to go l don't think I will go, it's better to stay poor than to bring problems because I want money.

Hmm, this is just the case. Cases keep rising in my country daily and now we are even in another partial lock down. Why don't we just stay indoors save and when the pandemic is controllable we can start the old normal life.

I have never being to china, but i have relatives who use to go to china to buy phones and asscesories and clothing material like silk and cotton, so my relatives do tell me that china is the best place to buy things like that.
