yes exactly , their support is really aweful , I contacted them about my payment several times on facebook and several times via email , but they don't seem to care at all

There is no risk if you ask me
You can try the website and send some traffic to reach minimum withdraw which is very small ( only 2$ )
If you don't get paid , it's not a big loss at all
