They know that crypto currency is the future ,and buying it now would fetch them more return than ever , so they know that diversification helps to increase profit that is why they don't invest on only bitcoin

They probably find it appropriate to make this diversification and probably customers may have a request in this direction. For us small investors, I guess it might be a good idea not to put the eggs in the same basket.

There are so many investment platforms available online , its so much risky investing on only one platform with all your investment i think

Bitcoin is not the only coin with huge potential ,there are also other coin ,this alone makes them consider other cheap coins that chan fetch them more profit
