I requested a withdrawal on the 23rd, and I haven't gotten it yet in my faucetpay, this is unusual and I called attention of Admin as it is done here.
I have not violated any of the rules, even if I did, you could have told me about it.

3. You have started doing four of the offerwalls that have a reversal system and been completely explained in the TERMS, sections 3-4 and 3-5.

How on earth are we even supposed to try to make people like you understand this? There is no option but to suspension of your account. Yes it's funny, it's funny that you should be suspended to learn to read the terms of the websites and don't make troubles.

Oops, so much about the terms!

These reasons are not sufficient enough to suspend my account, you have other reasons for doing that.
1. I have received payment from your site at two different times, so I have no reason to discredit your website

2. My statement on Bmf asking for a look into my payment request was an harmless statement and so again it is not to discredit your website.

3. I am sure I am not the first to ask for a look into my payment request here on Bmf. Others do ask such and their account don't get suspended.

4. Back to the terms, yes It was stated as a free member I should wait for up to four days for payment, but it wasn't stated that I should not ask about it on bmf.

I worked tirelessly to earn those coins, if you consider my points not to be good enough to lift the suspension, I guess there's nothing more for me to do than to move on, you are the admin and owner of your website I can't force you to do otherwise.

Hi Beermoney forum users.

I was going to post my first payment proof here, but five days ago after I requested my first withdrawal, I was thrown out of my account and when I tried to log in again, the site did not let me in and showed a notification that I was banned for using at least 348 vpn / proxy addresses! I would understand if it was about 348 times, but not addresses!

I only use two browser extensions, which have a maximum of 40 addresses for two.
I use VPN all the time to protect my online privacy.
When I visited Grab.tc, a window appeared with a warning about the prohibition of the use of VPN / Proxy and I turned off VPN extensions, otherwise I would not be able to perform shortlinks and offerwall.
Also I have read the FAQ and I know about the inadmissibility of using VPN / Proxy.
I spent on Grab.tc for a while (a couple of months) and I did not have any problems until I made the first withdrawal.

This post is addressed primarily to a representative of Grab.tc, can you please comment this situation, and is it possible to restore my account?
