I was looking for good alternatives to Adsense for a (not NSFW) website I had in mind, since they need a bank account number for payouts. Are there any other reliable adnetworks, with fair prices and that possibly pays through Paypal? The only one I had heard of is Exoclicks, but I'd rather stay away from NSFW networks.

Sorry for the poking.. but you want a ad network that is not NSFW for your website that is NSFW?

My personal experience.. If you cannot do Adsense, then go with Amazon Affiliates. The drop-off from those two to anything else makes it almost not worth it unless you are guaranteed a ton of traffic.

Chitika would be my best alternative to adsense. They allow you to customise your words just like adsense. The other advantage is that Chitika can be used alongside with adsense with no problems. It pays via paypal with a minimum withdrawal of 10$ which is low.

There are NSFW-specific ad networks but they are not generic. The are for erotic, or gambling, or tobacco or whatever the category is. The erotic ones a generally animated and wildly inappropriate for pretty much any website that is not showing more or less the same stuff--meaning all you are doing is advertising for your direct competitors.

One exception is the ***-toy companies (Eden etc) which have affiliate schemes and will often let you pick the ads you want to use, which range from quite coy to moderately explicit.

I've been researching ad networks lately and though I suppose one can make more money with CPC ads, I'd rather have CPM ads on my site because most of the people who'll be visiting my sites won't click any ads]. It's whilst searching for the best CPM ad networks that I found the ad networks I recommend.

If you site gets a lot of traffic you can make some decent cash with CPM ads and the following ad networks are some of the best CPM ad networks: Ads Optimal, Propellor Ads, Conversant Media, Revenue Hits, Burst Media, Value Click media. All these ad networks can send your earnings to your Paypal account.

Exponential Interactive has the highest CPM rates but their traffic requirements are too steep.

I'm only aware of Adsense and new to it as well. I'm using it for my YouTube channel. I'm also planning to use it on my upcoming website but I guess it only accepts Blogger when I read their policies, and your website should be running at least 6 months. I will try some of these alternatives though :) Thanks for sharing!

I'm on the same vein, having Adsense for my 3 blogs which are all in Blogger. I have monetized my Youtube videos and it has some earnings already and I have connected it to my Adsense account. However, it seems that the numbers in my youtube account is not adding up to my Adsense balance. I wonder if there is something lacking? When I started monetizing my Youtube videos, it took me 2 years before knowing that it has to be connected to my Adsense account. And now there is another issue.

I have been looking for an alternative here for some time now, and I am not sure why but the whole AdSense thing just never really seemed to take off for me. I have heard a lot of them and about some of the ones out there, but I appreciate the realistic views here, so thanks for that.

I'm not sure if you can monetize YouTube videos without connecting your Adsense account first. Because before I started monetizing my videos, YouTube prompted me to connect an Adsense account because I won't be able to monetize without it. Anyway, I also have a blog in Blogger but Adsense needs it to be running for at least 6 months before I can monetize it, that's why I'm looking for alternatives, though I won't be using Blogger anymore.

While there are alternatives out there to Adsense, no matter how good they are supposed to be, you won't get the same success as you would by using Adsense as it really does pretty much control the market. I know that not everyone is a fan of Google and it seems as though people will try and use any alternative that they can find just so they can avoid using it, but there's no point in cutting off your nose to spite your face, so to speak.

Like it or not, Adsense dwarfs all the other similar programs put together so if you can use it, then I would and maybe make your stand against Google some other way if that's the reason you don't want to use.

This was so insightful,I just learned something new from this piece.I believe if one cannot signup with Adsense then the next bet should be a good affiliate programe maybe like Amazon or the eBay affiliate programe

Facebook does not have publisher program like adsnese, but they have more advertisers these days on the facebook. So if they ever make the publisher program they would be earning us publisher more money. In case of alternative to adsense. I'd say that there would be not a single that beats the earnings of adsense. And that's the issue with the current publisher earnings.

I am using yllix program. But just that the payout is small.
Does anyone know best cpm website to use on my website of 5000 view per day, with high price per impression

One option is Media.net, which is a contextual ad network that uses Yahoo and Bing's search engine marketing data to serve relevant ads to users. Another option is Infolinks, which is a similar contextual ad network that serves ads within the text of a website's content
