For example if you click one ad in PTCWall worth $0.0001, you will earn 1 point. If you do some offer worth $0.10, you will earn 1000 points and you will be able to withdraw it immediately! After you withdraw, system will deduct 1000 points from your account.

I can see at the moment 30 ads each worth $0.001 available for all countries and many other ads with lower value. Also PTCWall, Clixwall, Minutestaff, Offers4all and MyAdsWall providing ads for all countries. So, you can earn well :)
