This is not the first time when a non profit organisation have accepted funds through crypto coins. In our country, there are many organisations which take foreign funds through Bitcoin and other coins. It is a nice step to accept crypto coins for that holy purpose.

This is the right way. If asking for donations, a wallet address always IS a great idea. It just open the door for donators to choose the payment option they prefer.

You only know the wallet address from where the transaction is being done. There is no way we can actually get the details of the wallet holder. Specially wallet providers like trust wallet and atomic wallet does not ask for any personal information while sign-up.

When they send you the address then you would know it through that means but its not compulsory you know the ip address to do your investigation

Ok, and why would someone send me your wallet address, If I am the third person? I mean anyone can hide their identity if the want to.
