Don't panic. It's happened to me before. Sometimes it's because you are trying to withdraw everything and it's registering as an over-draw. Try lowering the amount a bit. Or it could be that the fees on ETH are too high, try cashing out to DOGE or BTC. Otherwise, you just gotta be patient.
