Slidejoy is a smartphone app for Androids where they put ads on your lockscreen. Whether you swipe right to dismiss it or left to view it, you get points either way. You can either use your points for gift cards, get a money transfer to your Paypal account, or you can donate the money generated from the points to charity.

It's a slow process earning points (though you earn more if you view the ads, and you can make the process go by faster by just sitting around all day locking your screen over and over again), but it doesn't slow down your phone and it's nice to make money from your lockscreen. So far I've only been able to earn a $5 gift card (proof), but then again I don't use it regularly.

It's not something that's going to earn you enough money to break the bank, but you'll be able to earn a few $5 gift cards or money transfers a year, if not more, depending on how much you use it.

Still i feel its pretty slow and i guess not worth the time and effort. As it cannot be used on Laptop or desktop and will consume our smartphone's battery which can affect us a lot in the long run when we don't have access to power. I think i only have 300 points so it will be more harder for me to earn even one dollar from there so i am not thinking much about it. I feel we better need to concentrate on other good paying websites and we can surely earn more and that to quickly from those rather than sticking with these low paying applications.

hi and i think slide joy is not a worldwide website its choosing its country i recently joined fronto again hey and if you want i have a source of income too in other app and its pays me a couple of times

I tried this application but i am not much impressed with that and seems like it will take a lot of my time to earn the threshold and plus it drains the Smartphones battery very quickly. I don't think these kind of applications are even worth and shouldn't be installed

Though this application is legit, but you wouldn't earn money as expected, but If you have lots of spare time perhaps you can also benefit from its rewards program. Hopefully soon they will increase the amount of earnings since it's really impractical.

yeah i have similar views as well. If one is in search of serious money then he or she should join good website which pay seriously and these applications are not any worth as they will take a hell a lot of time and pay pennies in return for our hard labor and makes phone battery drain a lot.

Oh yeah your right , its really hard to get a points unlike Fronto lockscreen i earn points every our. I think this app and fronto is the same but fronto is a bit easy than this

Fronto lockscreen as of the moment is a joke. Tried to reach their minimum points to cashout and when I'm nearing to 12k points just wow they doubled the needed points for a dollar.

I installed this app yesterday. Still, I'm not able to understand the full functionality as the points are not awarded instantly. It is added only every 24 hours. Also, it shows some points can be redeemable only next month. Has anyone got some idea on this?

You'll see your points change daily, but you can only redeem those points after they've been added to your balance. They get added once a month on the 18th. Until then, you can't use your points.

That seems really inconvenient then. Well, if it's legit then that works well enough for the others. As for me, I really need some quick cash so I will pass on this one.

It seems inconvenient, but it's really not. The reason why they have to "hold" our earnings is because they are also waiting for the advertisers to pay them. If the advertisers don't pay them, they can't pay us. It used to take a much longer time than one month for them to approve our earnings.

Anyway, it doesn't really bother me.

LOL, I have to say you are one of the members with loads of patience and this is your specialty as most of these websites demand patience which sadly i am short of. I still have get slide joy in my mobile but i have disabled that from many days now so seems like its a waste of space for me and would be better for me to either trash it or use it again but it will take me a lot of time to try this again.

Also, I think it makes sense for SlideJoy to hold the credits. Like I said, if the advertisers don't pay them they can't pay us. I prefer that they tell us this ahead of time. Some sites will give you immediate credit, but then not pay when you cashout because the advertisers haven't paid them yet. At least SlideJoy is being honest about it. And they pay very quickly... like within hours of requesting. So that's a big plus for them.

@Miya Thanks for adding more information about slidejoy. I'm also planning to keep this app and see. After I don't have to do anything to get points. I just have to slide the screen whenever it is locked. The best thing about this app is unlike other lock screen apps it is forcing the viewers to read the promoted news related articles. That's really good.

Same for me as well, I have a good regular job as well but still i want to be more productive and cannot spend more time on low paying websites, That does not mean that i am so good with more paying websites but those applications are not for me and i cannot wait for that long to get paid from them. I am more then happy here on BMF and forum coin and Forum for is the best addition and will try to do well on Virily as well along with some of the other mobile applications i have with me.

Fronto is U.S. only and doesn't have an app offers (main way to earn on there) for users outside of the U.S.

Slidejoy says they are U.S. only, but I'm in Japan and it works great. I've cashed out with them and had no problems. I can get about 10 "Carats" (cents) a day with them just by unlocking my phone like I normally do. If you're earning only 1-2 Carats, it might be because you have an exclamation point by your e-mail. That means you have to verify your account. Your earnings will increase after you verify yourself.
