This is the message i sent to the support team when i cancelled my account. I had the worst experience ever with getresponse. I asked my money back only on the 10th day, and they said NO. We do not have the right not to be happy with them
I find it logical that you do not return money because they will all be asking for it back. I was probably experiencing the worst experience with your platform. I had ULTRA ultra ultra.....HARD delivery problems. The sub-domain you gave me for my account was marked as a spam. How did I get it? I went to a local business paying extra money and they told me. Υour team should have told me that. Οn the contrary, your team told me that the only problem is my Free email. Something that you do not say before the customer pays.What I do next? I found a custom email whitelisted and again i had the same problem. I asked for my money back because I am responsible for my actions only when I know all the truth from the beginning, I am not responsible for my actions to liars. As for me, you stole my money. The only thing I can say is that I will not leave it like that. Yes, you are not in Europe and the law cant protect me with the 14 days refund policy.But I will share this message on all popular forums. Do not send me a message ever again, unless you're going to give me my money back. Maybe I had to go to aweber. The only reason I preferred you was that you were cheaper.
