I know it is next to impossible to upload music unless you are the creator or have copyright permissions. I have enormous amount of music in practically all languages collected over a decade. Is there any website where I can upload and earn a little bit of money ? Your suggestions please.

It depends if the music is in the public domain or not. Most classical music are in public domain that means that their copyright have expired and the content is for free. After 10 years or so, if an author or content owner did not renew the copyright of his or her content, the copyright will be forfeited. Many good music and songs are in public domain. Before making use of other people's intellectual property make sure you consult them or risk severe punishment. You can make use of music in public domains as you think like but not the one that the owners are still holding the copyright.
On your second question, I don't there is any website like that for now.

Look for the routenote site there you can upload your songs made by you and the site promotes them to other platforms such as spotify, apple music and other digital streaming platforms. Sign up there if you are interested and the percentage they offer to artists is quite encouraging.

The site says that they accept author's music and distribute it. Not the fact that they will accept the music that has already sounded on the air.

Why are they to me? I simply stated the fact that only the author's work is accepted for downloading and further distribution. I don't have one, so I don't see the point in working on such a site.
