Yes you are right, the referrals could go five levels deep, I only use an add-on in the firefox browser called anonymox, just be careful when using vpn though. Oh you're wife is a filipina? that sounds awesome, you made a good choice hehe! I've been puttering around with it off-and-on all day, and I think I've earned a grand total of ..... 36 cents!! So it ain't gonna make you rich, but if you mess with it just for something to do, it's okay.

Maybe as I learn what works, and what doesn't, I can make closer to $1.00 a day? (There's nothing more irritating than spending 10 - 15 minutes on a survey, only to then be told you don't qualify!)

Yeah I totally agree with you, it is very addicting! You can make closer to earn $1 a day on other offers other than surveys --I hate surveys, I usually earn on other offers like Payperclick, Business cards, app installing, watching videos but my most favorite is Crowdflower, it helped a lot.
EDIT: Also, I always read the forum for any suggestions, techniques or on what offers do the users usually get good pays --higher pays. And oh, gosh I really wanted to know some techniques on how to be qualified on a surveys, wish I could find tutorial for that, it is indeed irritating
