At first I did not understand your questions so wanted to answer again, sorry...
You will get $0.10 for taking the opportunity to get a 154% return on anything you invest.
So $1 = $1.54 return + $0.10 = $1.64 (if we getting technical let's think it through to the end)

I don't need investment or anything, the site looks sketchy af and many people have said it's a scam. So yea, I would be paying $1 for a 10 cent return.
