Back in February, Germany's financial regulator BaFin had issued warning to KKT UG, a crypto company based in Poland to cease their crypto operation in the country. The CEO, Adam Gramowski ignored this warning and continues his crypto business in the country through "Shitcoins Club," a subsidiary company. On Wednesday, the authorities finally seized and shut down all of crypto businesses owned by Shitcoins Club, a blow to the the availability of Crypto ATMs in the country since 17 out of 67 crypto ATMs in the country is owned by Shitcoins Club.

Well, they must have gone against the regulations of the country to get such warnings and for disobeying they got what they deserved. So the penalty is in order.

oh well, they are the ones to blame, they still kept doing their operations even if they got warned, that's not something people should play about lol

That means there is still possibility for them to shut down the remaining bitcoin ATM ,I don't really know why the company refused to heed to the government warning
This is pathetic

I believe Crypto currencies must be legal in this country for them to have 67 ATMs for bitcoin, KKT UG should have obey the countries warning and reach a compromise with them.

Yeah it might be legal , I guess the company refuse to hear their warning since they knew they will have more gains from the continuation and the government have to shut it down?

Which organization does that? Blatantly refusing to heed warnings when you know your operation depends on the guidelines and permission of your government. Well, they had it coming.
Yeah there are organization does that since they know the benefit the will get if its not shut down , some might wait for government implementation to do anything

I guess some people will still find a way around that. Calling crypto illegal is subjective but makes me wonder what the illegal issues about it are in the first place.
