its a great program, ive installed it. and have been checking it out. BUT ( a big BUT ), what they are not telling you in the sales page is - the 5 free accounts do not include any free proxy settings. the free proxies are only for paying clients. when using the free version, unless you add / install the proxies manually, you will get defaulted to your default router IP addy. i found out the hard way that i was still using my routers default IP addy. it was only after i started to investigate & dig around, i found out what was going on. im on a static fiber optic IP addy.

its easy to find free proxies just by asking the google gods, you get a bunch, from all over the world. some better than others, etc. but i find it a bit misleading / false advertising that it isnt clearly stated that the free 5 accounts will use your default IP addy. unless you change it manually.

besides what ive mentioned above, i think go login is pretty good. you can clearly see & change different settings for chrome or fire fox browsers, your computer / browser version, mac, win, linxus, etc.

you should be able to add a free proxy & it should work. i havent got to it yet. maybe you can find help on youtube. but a lot of the videos on youtube are in vietenamse i think the language is, for some reason. or maybe try support, live char or telegram support. you might want to try changing the proxy, that might be the problem. make sure you are only using a good quality proxy to begin with & have the settings set correctly.

another option is to use an anti detect browser. there a few free, apparently good free anti detect browsers on the market. plus paid versions. i dont know how good they are, these browsers. paid or free, i was watching some youtube videos about the anti detect browsers some days ago. the same, i havent tried or looked into them yet.

maybe try some forum that are related to this. and ask there. hope that helps.

cool, good stuff. even better that it works like it should & your happy with it. thats great that support was able too help you & was there for a customer. i had a feeling that it was your proxy addy. genlogin has many different settings you can change but it seems pretty straight forward & self explanatory.

just confirm that your not using your local ip, thats assigned to your router. also, play with the settings & then do a test of those settings, to confirm that they are working. always double check to make sure that genlogin is working as should & is masking all your info.

i have been using it off & on. it seems to do what it needs to do, no problem. its like anything new, you have to learn how to use it properly. there are worse anti detect browsers on the market. the free proxies are not reliable or always safe to use. so i bought avast vpn & use gen login with avast running. there are other ways to get free proxies which are pretty safe & reliable. all in all, its pretty good & does what its supposed to do.

maybe you should be more specific about what problems people are having. or contact support.
