Gener8 is a browser extension that lets you earn money from the ads you see.
According to them:
"The average user is forecast to Gener8 £20-40 per month."

Steps:
1. Install the Gener8 browser extension on Chrome or Firefox
2. Complete your preferences to generate tokens quicker and make more money. Brands pay money to show you what you're interested in. By completing your preferences you will see ads that are based on what you like and you'll earn money quicker because of it.
3. Gener8 tokens. Tokens equate to real money. They collect in your wallet until you want to cash out.
4. Donate or cash out. Donate to your favourite charity or transfer to you bank account. This feature is not available yet as it's still in Beta.

There is also a raffle where they give away £100 every weekday to a random Gener8 user.
You need to claim your £100 within 24hrs of winning.
Every time you invite a friend you gain another entry to the raffle.

Earn 10 tokens for every friend that signs up.
Receive a token bonus when you reach milestones.

I saw a post on the gener8 subreddit saying they have only opened it to 500 members so far. They only allow one cashout every 7 days, though they state that this is only so the VIP members don't run away with everything before everyone else gets a shot. As for Paypal, unfortunately, I didn't see any option for that as that too would be my preferred method. No crypto either.

So it would seem. They emailed me not long back with a valid £10 amazon GC code so they appear to keep to their word which is good. Hopefully the marketplace will be open to everyone using the extension soon and that they expand their offers. To be fair, it is only a beta right now.

It's good to hear that. We really need some online sites that are working seriously and treating the members nicely.

Unfortunately no, its mostly gift cards like amazon and actual physical items like those wireless earbuds I tried to get. I've no idea if this will change when they go out of beta.

When they reach 50k members and get some big advertisers, that's what is written in the roadmap.

Also, I've seen some proofs from the winners of £100 on Gener8's social media.
A lot of members are from UK since that is where Gener8 is based in and looks like they sent the prize in cash via courier.

I'm registered and have accumulated 48.62 tokens(I think it's £4.86) but I'm getting tired of seeing the marketplace 'coming soon' page when I want to see what my cash out options are. And a little suspicious.

I wonder when the marketplace be available for other countries as well. I have accumulated over 1600 tokens, but if I can't withdraw and convert it to cash, it makes no use for me at all, though I don't put much efforts in earning the tokens.

I'm waiting too for them to open the marketplace to other countries, it's been so long and still see that "Coming soon" message.
On the positive side, they seem to keep making partnerships with other companies (mainly products for the marketplace).
Their founder even got featured on a show on Sky News.

You don't have to click any ads.
As long as you visit websites that have ads (usually banner ads from ad networks like Adsense), you will see Gener8's ads instead that will earn you tokens. The amount of tokens earned should be updated every ~3 hours.
There is no limit to how many tokens you can earn that I know of.

I was with them long time back and I earned few points. As they were in beta and there was no way to withdraw the points earned, I quit working in the program. It's almost 2 years since they started, they still seem to be in beta. This is little frustrating. Not sure I have lost all my points due to inactivity but I will check it out to see if I can continue with them as I can see that we can at least redeem our oints for gift cards and other stuffs. Any update from them as to if we could redeem our points for Paypal cash and when that would happen

I reinstalled the extension and when I open a site with adsense advertising the ad disappears instead of being counted by the extension
