Recently I have started to gamble with crypto, and other coins. Looking to speak with anyone who has had similar experiences. I find it much more effective than gambling with fiat. Let's use this thread to discuss pros/cons and how us users can improve it!

I can't really think of a good reason why gambling with cryptocurrencies would be any different from gambling with fiat. You are gambling on the exact same games, with the same chance of winning, you are just using a different currency so that changes nothing when it comes to gambling.

the difference is that with cryptocurrency ,you could gain in more money ,if the crypto currency price of what you are gambling with increases ,it's going to fetch more profit for you apart from the said money you have invested in gambling ,that's actually the advantage based on my understanding

But that's not an advantage of gambling. That's an advantage of cryptocurrency itself, which you could just hodl in your wallet and the price would still go up. What we are talking here about is gambling with cryptocurrencies and what benefits does it directly give to you

You are right. Why will I gamble with my hard earn cryptocurrency and lose it to some rich guys that created the gambling website.
Cryptocurrency on it's owns is an investment. I can decide to hodl and wait for the time that the price of the coin will rise and sell it.
It is better than losing it and be in pain for that.

I am not into gambling and I have heard how gambling have ruined the lives of people who are addicted to them.
I will rather choose to trade in the financial markets which to some extent is controlled by me than go to gambling.
Gambling are usually based on luck and probability and the outcome can not be determined.....

Gambling is not to make money, investing in gambling will result in loss too. So faucet gambling is considered better where you earn like in faucet/ PTC and othe ways to earn cryptos and you can use them. This helps those who want my to gamble money and do not want to take risk.

read what I wrote again , I am taking about advantage of gambling with cryptocurrency , it's the advantage of cryptocurrency but it still correlate with gambling , because before you gamble with cryptocurrency if there was any high volatility in cryptocurrency price , it might even help you cover your loss ,is that not another advantage , also gambling with cryptocurrency gives users multiple method of payment

The truth is just that gambling with cryptocurrency is just as bad as gambling with your money because I can't even see the difference. I believe that there are better ways to make money which doesn't involve you risking your hard earned money in other to earn a small token.
Only those who want to get Rick quick would fall for this actually.

I think what you're talking about is trading in the market which is very good and that's what cryptocurrency investment and trade is all about in the first place.
Gambling in cryptocurrency from my own understanding, is a kind of depositing cryptocurrency to a site and maybe make a spin to know if you would be lucky to earn more crypto.

Yeah, gambling with cryptocurrencies is so much riskier than others. This is because cryptocurrency transactions are anonymous and untraceable. So any con, scam or stealing done using it will never be traced to the perpetrator. That is why it is best to avoid crypto gambling at all costs.

Cash or crypto, gambling is evil, it gives greed, if you want to play it, make a plan for it, do nothing more than that. I have given up on luck based gambling.

Free cryptocurrencies you can get as bonus on many gambling platforms, use that, don't the extra investment on top of that, unless you're ready to lose it.

It would be very discouraging and disappointing indeed if you find out that you gambled away an asset that would have gained you so much profits if you had held it instead. But it is the same thing with fiat currencies. They too can be lost in gambling and you will feel so devastated later on.

You're right about that. It doesn't really matter as what means we used to gamble as long as it's something that has a monetary value, then it's all the same to me.
Whether you gamble with cryptocurrency, fiat, properties or even a foreign currency, it's all the same and it's very dangerous. I haven't even seen a site that offers cryptocurrency gambling, maybe it's because I was never interested to look for one.

That is what I prefer too. It is best to save the cryptocurrency or invest in it in any way. Gambling it will only lead to making losses just like with fiat currencies.

I don't know why one would consider crypto gambling to be safer. It is just the same thing, just a slightly different currency.

Who said gambling is not risky? Even professional gambler will say same thing, there is nothing new in this; everything is risky, and gambling is easy chance to lose money.
Nobody has considred crypto gambling is safer, if anyone did, he is just bluffing to get referrals.
