I want a fully managed dedicated server based in Europe since my visitors are most from there.

Any recommendations?

So, there are lots of companies offering dedicated servers in Europe, but, of course, they're very expensive. Way more than normal hosting. Here are the best EU server providers:
  • OVH: If you're in Europe, OVH is your best bet for all kinds of hosting. The prices here are based on how powerful the machines you're getting: the cheapest one is 69$/mo., and it has an Intel Xeon D-1520 CPU and 32 GB of RAM; the other two plans (they offer even better machines, of course), instead, are $89/mo. and 135$/mo. It's expensive, but if that's what you're looking for, it's worth the money.
  • Online.net: It's a rising French hosting company, and they have very competitive prices. They have various tiers, but the one you should look at is the Start LTS Range, assuming the personal servers offers are too weak for your demand. Once you pay a 40€ setup fee, then you can pay a minimum of 29€/mo. (still a pretty powerful machine) and up to 75€/mo. (great specs). If you're willing to give up OVH's great reputation, you'll get some great dedicated servers for ridicously low prices here.
  • WebHostFace: While OVH is an EU-only hosting company, WebHostFace is international, and this, of course, make prices rise quite a lot. The cheapest European server here is $116/mo., and it has 16 GB of RAM and an Intel Core i7-2600 CPU: there are other plans, but they're just insanely priced (the highest one is bloody 323$/mo.). Customer service is the only reason why I'd ever recommend this one over OVH, honestly.
  • Temok: It's a new company, but they're earning themself a pretty remarkable reputation. They have servers in different countries (manly in the US), but you can also select some in the Netherlands, Italy and France. French servers are the cheapest ones (69$/mo. and an initial 50$ setup fee), and their specs are basically equal to OVH's.
