i decided to move my website from blogger to wordpree but i want to know first

1- what is the steps i have to do ?
2- is this will affect my blog posts and its position on google ?

Blogger is one platform and word press is another platform however everything would be change as soon as you move which is true. I think you should work hard to find solution.

blogger is a great place to share your knowledge and also make your reputation while you're a starter to get new users is easy to manage , difficult to hack
wordpress is easier considering seo factor , more common , paid and takes time to learn and implement , still anyone can hack your site , so each one has advantages and cons as well

3. make some adjustment by cleaning some garbage imported by rss importer.

a dangerous wordpress plugin called "Pricing Table by Supsystic "

Our Threat Intelligence Team discovered several vulnerabilities in Pricing Table by Supsystic, a WordPress plugin installed on over 40,000 sites.

These flaws allowed an unauthenticated user to execute several AJAX actions due to an insecure permissions weakness. Attackers were also able to inject malicious Javascript due to a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability, access pricing table data, and forge requests on behalf of a site administrator because of a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability.

We highly recommend updating to version 1.8.2 immediately as these security issues are fully patched in that version, and learn more about this vulnerability on the blog.

Now it's best for both worlds, I have like 2 blogs hosted on blogger.
I also have 4 using wordpress cms blog script.
the best for me is still wordpress.

Online money making world is always changing, for the better or worse. "Never put all your eggs in one basket" . It's always nice to have alternatives, just in case something bad happens to your plan A, unless you can predict the future and avoid it of course.

I would personally keep the blogger site intact and start a brand new blog on WordPress. I guess that doesn't answer your question, though.

No one can guarantee Google rankings and such won't be affected. Shouldn't change too much, I guess?

well let's see, i'm a firm believer of never put all your eggs in one basket..
i have wordpress, blogger/blogspot, htm.ly, livejournal, etc.
future is already predicted, it will go from bad to worst.

You can make a backup of your posts in Blogger.
After that go to your admin panel on your wordpress site.
Wordpress.org has a plugin for importing a blogger site and media.
On your dasboard go to tools>import and select that you want to import a blogger website.

This only works for wordpress.org sites ofcourse.

If you move your blog to WordPress, then your blog ranking can be down. Because your URL will be changed. You can not move your blog blogger to WordPress. You can post other content on WordPress. Both sites help to increase your website traffic.

Those are different platform and companies. I never know how to transfer all content from blogger to wordpress. It is a mistery for me

Wordpress is one of my favorite blogging maker website becoz it's free. However, if you want to make your website be seen on google I think you might wanna upgrade it into a business plan.

But, there are other ways to create a website like on Wix, Weebly, Simdif, Jimdo creator, etc.

Log in to Blogger and then go to your blog admin panel. If you have multiple blogs, make sure to choose the blog you want to move to WordPress.
- Go to your blog menu and choose "Paramètres", then "Autre".

in the beginning i dont belive it, but then i try to check up, and yeah, you are right mate. It turns out that we can move Blogger to WordPress, make redirects (redirects) from your previous website to the new WordPress without experiencing changes in traffic.
