Cloud mining sites are HYIPS. 99% of them are Ponzi schemes that use money from old investors to repay new ones. They'll stop paying or shutdown after some time. The key is to cashout your money before this happens.

HYIP stands for "high yield investment programs". They are a type of Ponzi scheme that uses absurd investment returns, like 10% interest per day, to attract people to deposit. After paying their members for some time, they'll stop operating and run away with the money.
