Yes, that's right, and currently the minimum is 10m BTT but it will be reduced drastically in the next few days.

Yes, we do, it's called FreeRipple.com which is a redirecting domain to CoinFaucet.io - we had to make this redirection due to an official request by the Ripple Labs company.
