How much free time you have and what skills you have?

Here is a list of things you could do:
  • Become a transcriber: There are websites that will pay you to transcribe audio files (Rev.com is the highest paying one, but you'll need to pass a test first; you can also caption videos and translate stuff, there).
  • Sell t-shirts: If you have some nice ideas, you can make your own t-shirt designs and sell them (Teespring is the most popular one, you have almost full control over price). You can use free softwares like Inkscape and GIMP to make them. Also, websites like Redbubble will also let you sell other merchandise (mugs, posters, even pillows, and much more).
  • Surveys and tasks websites: The internet is full of them, although it may take more time to earn something on them. Swagbucks is the most used one for surveys (you can also use Google Opinion Reward, if you need Play Store credit), whereas Clickworker and Leapforce are the best for various tasks. Go for them if you are from the US.
  • Work as a freelancer: Coder, designer, writes, translator, it's up to you. The most popular website is Fiverr (you can only get payed a maximum of 5 dollars, though; quantity over quality, I guess), but you can also propose yourself for a lot of projects. They're great as work experiences for your CV, too.
  • Write reviews: Some websites will pay you to review various products, like songs (SliceThePie) or apps (BestReviewApp). Again, it's quantity over quality here.
  • Flipping: I don't know much about this one, but you basically buy things at low price to sell them at a higher one. Craigslist will be your bread and butter. This also works for things like Steam keys (G2A is the way to go).
  • (If you need Steam Credit) Sell Steam Cards: Alright, this is more specific, but you may still need it. Sites like Indiegala regularly give away free games: they're not great, but most of them have cards. Once you get a good number of them, selling them on the Marketplace will let you gain enough to buy some games during sales.
Combine them for the best results. Do you have other ways to earn money? share them

If you really want to earn money fast then you should have few skills to earn money. You can quickly earn money through affiliate marketing and vlogging. You can earn good amount in a week through two sites spare5 and humanatic. In these two sites you don't need any special skills. You just have to need good listening skills in Hindi. And you can earn $100 or more in a week through humanatic.

I think these websites are only for Indians. By the way how much did you earn from these sites?

No my friend these sites are for international users. Even many of mine friends from other countries are using them and really well in a week.
Great. I thought it as a pure Indian network because of Hindi language. :)

Oh ok. clear now, thanks. So I think GPt is much better than ptc? because like clixsense, there are more offers to earn than just clicking ads. But then I hope they bring back the ads clicking section for additional earnings too.
Yes, I hope too, because sometimes I don't qualify for the surveys

If you have skills like programing, Android application development you can try freelancing sites like Upwork, freelancer, peopleperhour..
There are lot of projects for People who have Technical Skills.. But The only thing is to get the project.. You can easily generrate $$$$ of dollers.. If you build positive profile..

It is very good to have those type of skills.Nor everybody has it,you have to study a lot to be a good programmer, web designer,to do all the technical staff, that is so much in demand nowadays online. But as I know this thing,so everybody knows it,and many persons studied and learned to have those skills and to earn more online. When you apply to that type of job,you have to prove that you are better than anybody else.It will not be an easy job,to do that.

What kind of survey did clixsense offer to you and why you are not qualified? I have clixsense but I take a survey rarely.

They send different kinds of surveys from different panels and survey sites. The lowest you can get is $0.33 per survey, but sometimes it is really hard to qualify as they are looking for specific profiles.

But they gave the survey maybe it would be good to pretend that you are know the survey. From your experience how long did you made your first payout?

I also like surveys especially if it's easy task as giving an opinion. I do not want to take the survey that more on use of video and microphone. Im not good with this, haha
Completing surveys have been and it still is one of my favorite method to earn some bucks online. The only thing with them it is,that I would like to complete at least 3-4 surveys per day.Like members from other countries do.they can choose from some dozens of surveys, which one to complete. But I guess I should be happy if I find a survey couple of times now and then.

Earning fast $2000 might be a dream cos you will need time and professional and unique skills to get this amount of money you need. You can trying working on fiver, affiliate marketing and Publishing of books

Okay, this post isn't gonna make me very popular, but here in MY EXPERIENCE is the BEST way to make money "online".

1. Acquire an in demand skill. Picking up a hot programming language would be a good choice.

2. Go online, and search for jobs, (permanent or temporary), that require that skill.

That's it! The "online" part of this strategy is the job search. If you want to just do temporary, (contract), gigs, then looking online is probably a necessity.

How much can you make? Well, this old COBOL programmer can earn from $35 - $55 an hour, depending on whether he takes a job with benefits, (health insurance is a BIG pain-in-the-arse here in the USA), or an hourly pay only job. I would guess that JAVA pays more.

Why do this, when you could be at home in your pajamas working on your website? Well, once you're on a job, you are paid whether you are doing anything productive or not! If a client makes me sit in a stupid meeting for an hour and a half, and I spend an hour there imagining what the young lady sitting across from me looks like naked, I'm still paid! If you daydream at home, and don't produce anything, do you get paid?

Yes, you will probably have to "dress up" and be physically present at the client's office, although the more in demand your skill is, the more likely you will be able to work from home at least partially, if not entirely.

Yes, you will probably have to put up with a "pointy-haired boss" or two. Suffer those fools gladly, because if it weren't for their ineptitude, there wouldn't be as many jobs for us!

But ..... until the contract ends, (or you just get tired of it and quit), you will have a steady stream of 40+ hour week's worth of wages flowing into your bank account.

And if you're really clever, you'll find a way to work on your own projects during the inevitable slow periods on the job. I've never been quite clever enough to do this, but I know a guy who worked two contracts at once, and several folks have started their home business whilst still "at work".

Caveat: this is what has worked for me, as a resident of the USA. Since I don't know what the economy is like in every country in the world, this may or may not be feasible where you live. But I've worked with a lot of folks from India or the Philippines who came to the USA on a work VISA, so it may work for anyone who is willing to relocate?
Your claims are right, it is fundamental that if one is willing to earn big you must have exceptional skill that is hot in the market which I am also trying a get a good skill but time has not permit me mean while fiver is not a good place for a hot skill to sell but it can only be starting point or showcase platforms cos most price tag there is $5.

There are many ways to make free money online. The first simple way is to read the advertising money (PTC). There are other forms such as facebook, twitter follow, responding to surveys make money ... the advantage of free money form is not risky (because not to spend money), but the disadvantage is to earn very little money. I'm afraid you can hardly make $ 2000 if you play for free!

But its not easy to get projects from any freelancing sites even you are experienced and also have skills too like web designer, programmer etc.

On websites like Freelancer and Odesk, people now group together and share the project... which seems like a good idea. A girl I know from Lahore, Pakistan makes somewhere around 1000$ a month by completing projects she gets from the person who manages to get the job on Freelancer, so he distributes all the work. This also builds a good reputation for him as the work gets done in time. So Freelance.com is the preferred platform at the moment and as a developer you should try that. Also, having an official website that represents your skills and all your contact numbers etc adds up to the "professional side" of you.

I prefered to use elance, peopleperhour and upwork instead of freelance.com and odesk.com. Because I personally found both the sites full of scam and it can stuck your money if your account is connected with credit card.

True and it would be better to plan a startup instead of trying freelancing sites. :)

Thanks but startup is not easy its need lots of planning, new idea and most important question what kind of business you want to start. There most of the people got stuck and never take a step to start a business.

As far I know elance is upwork now, there is no elance account separately. I think these kind of marketplaces are now quite tough. Many skilled people earn good from there.

My 4 college friends who were proficient in web designing and development tried their luck in freelancer, upwork etc but failed eventually. So they decided to start a startup and the irony is that they don't have any plan. Last year they launched their startup and it is going good. But, yes this may not work with others. It all depends on their professional skills, knowledge, determination, passion and leadership qualities. Entrepreneurship is not everyone's cup of tea.
