There is no maximum amount of hearts you can earn.
You can earn 7.5 hearts for watching three ads (not videos)
If you run the ad player the whole day you can maybe earn 300 hearts a day for only watch ad's
You can also earn hearts by completing survey's, these offers pay you around 1- 5400 hearts per offer.

$2.00 is equal to 2000 hearts, So if you use this site for a day you can earn a few dollars on this site.
