so I have a small instagram page , it had about 50 followers and I'd have a new follower from now and then , I had recieved reactions each time I posted
then I was reading in some forum of ways to get free followers by subscribing to few sites , so I did and I recieved 100 new followers but just after that I stpped recieving any reactions to my posts and I stopped having new followers as well !
so my question is : did the illegetimate followes cause this problem ? if so , is there a way to fix it ?

exactly, i just tried to buy followers, I had 1000 followers and now I only have 400, that's absolutely bad service to do, the best is to do a professional account that can attract people and promote that account on Social media

mate people use Instagram for advertising because that last is really brilliant and can give you good results.

the first kind is people who want to be famous (so he loves to do many referrals to show his account for someone lol)
and the second type is to work because the account which has many followers and professional, he can work from it like advertising some product of companies.

You have to build a decent fanbase/followers first before start thinking about monetization, post good contents regularly, use relevant tags, advertise, and once you have good follower you can start monetize it by various means.
