Crime rates in San Fransisco are quite high and people get robbed out of nowhere. Larsen decided to fix this issue by deciding to install digital cameras all over the area and the best thing is he will provide all the necessary funding. The people of the area will have direct control over those cameras. What do you think of his idea?

Even without underpaying them , some employees are so greedy that they will jump into any act that will satisfy their selfish interest .
This is why most employer are very strict with their employees.

You are right, most IT companies ensure there staff(s) are well paid so they don't compromise their job and some companies make them swear oath of alliance not to leak out data or any secrecy of the company because every business has a secret.

I get the message that's why am asking him whether he will be prepared to face the consequences that will follow it , if caught . I think good name is better than riches . if he is not comfortable with the pay , he should resign .

Despite all the talks about probable hacking of the cameras, I like the fact that he has good intentions that could help reduce criminal activities in the area.
