I see there's a problem with processing videos on YouTbe end, I tried uploading the video again and same problem, also I searched on the Internet and found this reddit topic, more people with same problem, hope YouTube will fix this soon.

With this kind of problem I think one should check the internet connection if it functioning problem,or better still check if there's something wrong with the video and also check if your converting format is in consonance with Youtube.The problem might not necessarily be from Youtube,so one has to check his or her end first.

For me , it takes around 45 minutes to upload a youtube video , but it's not stuck completely at 0%. It's slow , maybe in your case , internet connection is weak.

Reformat your video with Handbrake (free program) to a different format or try using a different webbrowser/internet connection.

Handbrake is pretty easy to use and when you convert a video to MP4 it should have no teoubles uploading. Dont optimize the video so you dont loose quality.
